RANCANG BANGUN MANUVER BEBAN OTOMATIS PADA BEBAN ESENSIAL MENGGUNAKAN MIKROKONTROLER DENGAN KOMUNIKASI WIFI

PROTOTYPE OF AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH ON ESSENTIAL LOAD USING MICROCONTROLLER WITH WiFi COMMUNICATION

ABSTRAK

Beban esensial merupakan pelanggan yang membutuhkan pasokan listrik yang kontinyu untuk kepentingan pribadi maupun social seperti rumah sakit industri perumahan elit gedung pemerintahan dan lain-lain. Untuk meningkatkan kontinyuitas daya tersebut diasumsikan terdapat 2 JTR dari penyulang yang berbeda yang mensuplai pelanggan ini yang kedua penyulang tersebut memang telah disiapkan sehingga salah satu penyulang tidak akan overload ketika beban esensial dimanuver. Untuk memanuver beban esensial secara otomatis memerlukan sensor tegangan yang dipasang untuk masing-masing fasa pada tiap JTR serta mikrokontroler sebagai pusat kontrol Manuver Beban Otomatis atau ATS Automatic Transfer Switch pada JTR. Teknologi dengan mikrokontroler adalah teknologi yang lebih murah dan ringkas dibandingkan dengan teknologi yang lain. Ketika sensor tegangan pada JTR 1 merasakan tegangan kurang dari 198 Volt atau lebih dari 230 Volt maka mikrokontroler akan memerintahkan kontak relai NO Normally Open untuk close pada JTR 2 jika tegangan JTR 2 baik. Status JTR yang aktif dan tegangan yang terukur oleh sensor tegangan kemudian dikirimkan ke komputer server melalui WiFi. Manuver Beban Otomatis pada Jaringan Tegangan Rendah dapat dioperasikan secara otomatis manual dan remote menggunakan jaringan WiFi. Dengan sensor tegangan yang memiliki error rata-rata terbesar sebesar 0875868 mendukung operasi yang baik pada alat ini.


ABSTRACT

Essential loads are customers who need a continuous supply of power for personal and social interests such as hospitals industrial elite residential government buildings and others. To increase the power continuity is assumed there are 2 JTR from different feeders that supply these customers the two feeders has indeed been prepared so that one of feeders will not overload when the essential load is transferred . To transfer loads automatically require a voltage sensor fitted to each phase at each JTR and microcontroller as a controller of ATS Automatic Transfer Switch. Microcontroller technology is the cheaper and more compact technology compare with others. When the voltage sensor in JTR 1 sense voltage is less than 198 Volt or over 230 Volt the microcontroller will be ordered NO Normally Open contact relay to close to JTR 2 if the voltage of JTR 2 is better. Then JTR active status and voltage that sensed by voltage sensors are sent to the computer server via WiFi. Automatic Transfer Switch on Low Voltage Network can be operated automatically manually and remote via WiFi. With voltage sensor that have maximal average error 0.875868 support good operation on this ATS.
