RANCANG BANGUN PEMANAS RUANGAN UNTUK PENGERING PAKAIAN BERBASIS MIKROKONTROLER MENGGUNAKAN HEATER

DESIGN OF HEATING ROOM FOR CLOTHES DRYER USING MICROCONTROLLER AND HEATER

ABSTRAK

Pada umumnya seseorang mengeringkan pakaian setelah mencuci dengan menjemur pakaian tersebut di luar rumah atau di tempat yang dapat secara langsung terkena sinar matahari sehingga pakaian akan cepat kering namun hal tersebut hanya bisa dilakukan pada saat musim panas atau kemarau sedangkan pada saat musim penghujan tidak akan bisa lagi menjemur pakaian di luar karena pada daerah daerah tertentu memiliki intensitas hujan yang sangat tinggi dan hampir setiap hari tidak tersinari oleh matahari mendung. Karena tidak adanya sinar matahari langsung yang cukup maka dibuat sebuah prototype untuk membantu mengeringkan pakaian di dalam ruangan yang di kontrol dengan mikrokontroler dan sensor suhu yang di tampilkan di LCD serta menggunakan heater untuk memanaskan ruangan dan dua buah blower untuk memasukkan udara dari luar ke dalam dan mengeluarkan udara dari dalam ke luar yang berguna untuk melancarkan sirkulasi udara yang ada di dalam ruangan. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan alat ini mampu mengeringkan pakaian lebih cepat dengan waktu 15 menit dengan suhu 60 0C.


ABSTRACT

In general a person drying clothes after washing the clothes drying in outdoors or in places that are directly exposed to the sun sothe clothes will dry quickly but it can only be done during the summer or dry season whereas during the rainy season will no longer drying clothes outside because the area - certain areas have a very high rainfall intensity and almost every day is not illuminated by the sun cloudy. Because the absence of sufficient direct sunlight then made a prototype to help dry clothes indoors is in control with microcontroller and temperature sensor are displayed on the LCD and use the heater to heat the room and two blowers for air entering from outside to inside and remove the air from the inside out which is useful for air circulation in the room. Test results obtained from this tool is able to dry clothes faster by 15 minutes with a temperature of 60 0C.
