ABSTRAK

Sistem pintu air bendungan pada saat ini banyak yang masih menggunakan operator untuk membuka tutup pintu air tersebut. Ketika operator penjaga pintu bendungan lalai untuk membuka pintu bendung an sehingga air akan meluap dan menyebabkan banjir. Pada tugas akhir ini kita membuat bendungan dengan 3 pintu dimana 3 pintu akan membuka dan menutup secara otomatis berdasarkan level air yang terdeteksi oleh sensor sedangkan human machine interface digunakan untuk emergency pintu bendungan. Pintu akan membuka dan menutup secara manual dengan cara human machine interface antara operator dengan komputer yang telah terpasang software LabVIEW dan menggunakan kontroler Arduino. Motor DC digunakan sebagai penggerak pintu air. Maka kita membuat sistem pengontrol pintu bendungan dengan human machine interface menggunakan Arduino. Kita menggunakan software LabVIEW dan hardware Arduino dikarenakan dari sisi hardware dan harga dari Arduino murah sedangkan dari sisi software dengan LabVIEW akan menghasilkan aplikasi yang tak terbatas antara lain dibidang kontrol. Penggunaan software Labview 2011 sebagai HMI pada sistem ini dapat me-monitoring ketinggian air secara real time. Sistem buka tutup pintu air ini memiliki ketelitian diatas lebih dari 93 dan masih memiliki sedikit error. Sensor ultrasonik memiliki persen error sebesar 006 sampai 125 pada pengukuran maksimal 15 cm.


ABSTRACT

A lot of the sluice system at this time still used an operator to open and close that sluice. While the operator who saved the dam door would not always be on time to open or close the dam door. When the operator was being careless to open the dam door it probably made the water was being overflow and caused of flood. In this final project we made a dam with three doors which the three doors would open automatically based on the level of the water that was detected by the sensor while the human machine interface use as emergency sluice doors. The door would open and close manually by human machine interface between the operator and the computer which was set by software LabVIEW and used the Arduino controller. DC engine was used as the activator of the dam door. So that we made the controller the sluice by human machine interface with Arduino. We used software LabVIEW and Arduino as hardware because Low price of Arduino as the hardware and LabVIEW would create indefiniteapplication such as in control area as the software. Using software Labview 2011 as HMI in this system that can monitor the water level in the real time. Open close system of this sluice have carefulness more than 93 and still have error. The ultrason ik sensor have error of percentage 006 until 125 in the maximum value of measuring in 15 cm.
