PENGISIAN AIR MINUM OTOMATIS SESUAI KAPASITAS GELAS PADA RESTAURANT CEPAT SAJI

AUTOMATIC DRINKING WATER TO COMPATIBLE CAPACITY GLASS ON A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT

ABSTRAK

Dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi dan semakin majunya jaman sangat mempengaruhi pola pikir manusia terutama pada peralatan-peralatan elektronik khususnya pada outlet minuman pada rumah makan cepat saji yang banyak mempermudah pekerjaan manusia. Salah satunya adalah pengisian air minum yang memiliki cara kerja menekan tombol keran dan air akan mengisi wadah. Namun yang sangat dirugikan yaitu membuang waktu serta menunggu pengisian air tersebut karena pengisian secara manual. Oleh sebab itu tugas akhir yang akan dibuat yaitu pengisian air minum otomatis sesuai kapasitas gelas pada restaurant cepat saji. Alat pengisian ini menggunakan dispenser dan pada dispenser ini memiliki satu buah sensor photodioda yang digunakan untuk mengetahui warna gelas-gelas yang sudah ditentukan. Dan sensor photodioda ini diletakkan pada bagian sebelah kiri. Cara kerjanya dengan membedakan warna gelas setelah itu relay akan aktif dengan timer yang sudah ditentukan pada setiap warna gelas. Dengan aktifnya relay maka aktif pula solenoid valve yang berfungsi sebagai saluran pembuka dan penutup air. Selain itu terdapat dua push on switch yang pertama digunakan sebagai pemicu gelas warna yang telah diletakkan berada disebelah kiri tersebut aktif. Dan push on switch yang kedua diletakkan pada bagian kanan dimana memiliki cara kerja ketika gelas telah menekan push on switch maka akan memicu proses pada minimum sistem ATMega16 sehingga mengaktifkan relay dan secara otomatis air tersebut mengisi ketika gelas tidak menekan push on switch maka tegangan pada relay akan terputus sehingga pengisian air tersebut akan berhenti. Jadi pengisian air minum secara otomatis cara penggunaannya hanya dengan meletakkan gelas warna yang sudah ditentukan pada dispenser. Dan warna serta kapasitas yang sudah ditentukan yaitu warna hijau akan mengisi 100 mL dalam 26s kuning akan mengisi 200 mL dalam 51s dan merah akan mengisi 300 mL dalam 77s. Dan apabila pengisian tidak sesuai dengan kapasitas maka tekanan air semakin berkurang.


ABSTRACT

With growing technology and the advance of the era the human mindset greatly affect mainly on electronic equipment especially at the outlet on the House drink eat fast food restaurants a lot of human work easier. One of them is recharging of drinking water has way of working push button faucet and the water will fill the container. But that very aggrieved that waste time and wait for the filling of the water due to the charging manually. Therefore the final task will be created that is charging automatic drinking water according to the capacity of the glass at a fast-food restaurant. This charging device using the dispenser and the dispenser has a single sensor photodioda which is used to know the colors of the glasses that had already been determined. And this photodioda sensor is placed on the left side. The way it works with the distinguishing color glass after which the relay will be activated by timers that have been specified in any color glass. With the active relay then the solenoid valve is also actively serves as the channel opening and closing the water. In addition there are two push on the switches was first used as a trigger for the glass color is laid on the left are active. And push on the second switch placed on the right which have a way of working when the glass has been pressing the push switch on then will trigger the process at a minimum so the ATMega16 systems enable relay and automatically fill the water glasses when not pressing the push switch on the voltage at the relay will be disconnected so the water will stop charging. So charging automatically drinking water usage by simply putting a glass colors that are already specified in the dispenser. And color as well as the capacity of an already determined that the color green will fill a 100 mL in the 26s yellow will fill 200 mL in the 51s and Red will fill 300 mL in the 77s. And if charging does not correspond to the capacity then the water pressure on the wane.
