ABSTRAK

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini sangatlah pesat baik pada bidang perangkat keras maupun perangkat lunak. Salah satu alasan perancangan sistem tracking camera berdasarkan evaluasi data gambar yang dapat mengikuti objek bergerak terutama untuk mendeteksi postur tubuh dan sebagai kamera pengawas yang menentukan bagaimana cara mengatur pergerakan kamera agar tetap memantau objek postur tubuh yang terdeteksi. Pada perancangannya sebuah tracking camera yang terintegrasi memiliki kemampuan mencari mendeteksi dan menangkap adanya gerakan dari suatu objek. Selain itu dilengkapi juga dengan dua buah motor servo. PC sebagai otak dan rangkaian kontrol yang akan mengendalikan kemana posisi mekanik akan bergerak. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini diperoleh dari beberapa pengujian sistem hasil dari pengolahan citra berupa deteksi gerakan postur tubuh yang bertugas memerintahkan ke rangkaian kontrol untuk menggerakkan mekanik sesuai dengan kondisi target secara realtime. Dan tingkat keakuratan pada saat mendeteksi postur tubuh berpengaruh pada intensitas cahaya. dibuktikan dengan pengujian diluar ruangan pada siang hari memiliki keakuratan 100 .


ABSTRACT

The development of technology is currently very rapidly both in the field of hardware and software. One reason for camera tracking system design based on the evaluation of the image data that can follow a moving object especially to detect posture and as a surveillance camera that determines how to set the camera to keep track of the movement of objects detected posture. In its design an integrated camera tracking have the ability to search for detect and capture the motion of an object. In addition also equipped with two servo motors. PC as a brain and control circuit that will control where the mechanical position will move. In this final obtained from multiple test results of image processing systems such as motion detection posture ordered to charge control circuit to drive the mechanical line with the target condition in realtime. And accuracy when detecting posture effect on the intensity of light. proved by testing outdoors during the day have 100 accuracy.
