PEMANFAATAN LUMPUR LAPINDO DAN FLY ASH PADA PEMBUATAN PAVING BLOCK

UTILIZATION OF LAPINDO MUD AND FLY ASH TO MAKING PAVING BLOCK

ABSTRAK

Paving Blok adalah suatu komposisi bahan bangunan yang dibuat dari campuran semen portland atau bahan perekat hidrolis sejenisnya air dan agregat dengan atau tanpa bahan perekat hidrolis sejenisnya air dan agregat dengan atau tanpa bahan tambahan lainnya yang tidak mengurangi mutu paving tersebut. Inovasi ini bertujuan Mengetahui komposisi terbaik tambahan Lumpur Lapindo dan Fly Ash dalam paving blok terhadap uji kuat tekan dalam umur tertentu untuk menentukan mutu paving dengan membandingkan SNI. Dan mengolah Lumpur Lapindo dan Fly Ash menjadi bahan tambahan paving dengan maksud mengurangi Limbah lumpur Lapindo dan Fly Ash Proses pembuatannya dilakukan dengan tahapan Mencampurkan semua bahan dengan variabel komposisi yang sudah terlampir Meletakkan palet ke dalam alat cetak paving Memasukkan campuran bahan yang sudah homogen kedalam cetakan paving yang ada dalam alat cetak paving multi block Mengoperasikan alat pencetak paving sampai paving memadat Mengeluarkan palet yang sudah ada paving jadi dari alat cetak paving Setelah umur 1 hari mengambil paving dari palet agar tidak menempel lebih keras Membiarkan paving sesuai variabel umur yang ditentukan 7 hari 14 hari 28 hari untuk diuji kuat tekan Dari Inovasi ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa komposisi terbaik yang bisa digunakan pada paving ada variabel ke 2 10 Fly ash dan 20 Lumpur Lapindo dengan kuat tekan 134603 kgcm2 Hasil uji serapan air pada variabel 1 10 lumpur Lapindo dan 10Fly ash mempunyai resapan air paling sedikit yaitu 5. Paving dijual dengan harga Rp. 900- dengan pengembalian biaya investasi selama 3 tahun.


ABSTRACT

Paving block is a material composition buildings that are made from the mix portland cement or raw materials adhesive hydraulic stuff water and electric generator with or without adhesive hydraulic stuff that did not reduce the quality of Paving Block. This Innovation is aimed to knows the best composition of additional Lapindo mud and Fly as in Paving Block to compressive strength testing in certain age to determine the quality of Paving Block by comparing SNI. And process the Lapindo Mud and Fly Ash into additional paving materials with the intention of reducing waste Lapindo mud and Fly Ash The process of making it will be done with steps are Mixing all the ingredients with the composition that has been the following Put palete into the print tools Paving Block Put mixed material that has been more homogeneous into mold Paving Block print tools that are in Paving Block multi block Operate equipment maker Paving Block to Paving Block leaf to make a solid bring more have been Paving Block so from print tools Paving Block After age 1 take this one day Paving Block from lifting that does not stick harder Let Paving Block variable according to age is defined 7 days 14 days 28 days to be tested compressive strength From this Innovation can be concluded that the best composition that can be used in any Paving Block is variables 2 10 Fly ash and 20 Lapindo mud with strong hit 134.603 kgcm2 footprint - about test result absorbed water in variable 1 10 Lapindo mud and 10 Fly as have water absorption at least a 5 percent. Paving Block sold with the price Rp 900- with the investment cost for 3 years.
