ABSTRAK

Telah dirancang sistem pengendalian tekanan dan waktu berbasis mikrokontroller ATMega8535 pada mesin kompaksi hidrolik. Perancangan sistem pengendalian pada mesin kompaksi hidrolik bertujuan agar pengoperasian mesin kompaksi hidrolik dapat dilakukan secara otomatis dengan cara mengatur nilai tekanan dan waktu menggunakan keypad. Prinsip kerja dari mesin kompaksi hidrolik otomatis yaitu langkah yang pertama memasukkan nilai set point tekanan dan waktu melalui keypad langkah kedua mesin akan bekerja langkah ke tiga sensor tekanan pada tabung pneumatik akan bekerja langkah ke empat mesin kompaksi akan dalam keadaan non-aktif apabila nilai set point tekanan terpenuhi langkah ke lima pewaktu akan aktif sampai set point waktu terpenuhi dan langkah terakhir mesin kompaksi hidrolik akan aktif lagi ketika pewaktu mencapai set point. Mesin kompaksi hidrolik otomatis dikendalikan oleh mikrokontroller dan rangkaian driver relay sebagai aktuator. Dari pengujian mesin kompaksi hidrolik didapat beberapa data untuk tekanan 11624 Kgcm2 settling time 21 detik 12950 Kgcm2 settling time 23 detik 14276 Kgcm2 settling time 28 detik dan untuk tekanan 16315 Kgcm2 settling time 3 detik.


ABSTRACT

Pressure and time control system in hydraulic compacting machines has been designed based on microcontroller ATMega8535. Hydraulic compaction machines can be operated automatically by adjusting the pressure and time using the keypad. For operating the machine it is important to decide the set point of pressure and time using the keypad. During the piston press the material the pressure sensor in pneumatic tube will be determine. After the pressure reached based on the set point the pneumatic tube will be off and the timer start to compute. If the set time is achieved the piston will put from the material and process is done. Automatic hydraulic compacting machine is controlled by a microcontroller ATMega8535 and relay driver circuit as actuators. Hydraulic compacting machines has been trialed in 2.1 seconds to achieved the pressure of 1.1624 kgcm2. In other test the machince need 2.3 seconds to obtain 1.2950 kgcm2 2.8 seconds for 1.4276 kgcm2 and 3 seconds for 1.6315 kgcm2.
