RANCANG BANGUN PENGENDALIAN LEVEL AIR UNIT GENERATOR UAP PADA SIMULATOR MIXING PROCESS BERBASIS CONTROLLOGIX 5565

ABSTRAK

Telah dirancang sebuah sistem pengendalian level air unit generator uap dengan metode on-off dengan menggunakan aktuator solenoid valve. Sistem pengendalian ini menggunakan Controllogix 5565 sebagai controller yang mengendalikan semua unit pada mixing process plant termasuk level air pada tabung generator uap. Pada tabung generator uap tersebut terdapat level glass yang sudah dipasang sensor LDR dan LED. Sensor LDR mampu mengikuti perubahan intensitas LED. Untuk mendukung sistem pengendalian digunakan Software RS Logix 5000 dengan menggunakan PIDE pada Function Block Diagram FBD untuk memasukkan parameter yang ada. Dari hasil eksperimen diperoleh bahwa intensitas cahaya LED berbanding lurus dengan tegangan keluaran. Semakin besar intensitas cahaya semakin besar tegangan keluaran. Dari data pengukuran diperoleh bahwa peningkatan level hingga mencapai 15 cm membutuhkan waktu rata-rata 1.35 detikcm.


ABSTRACT

It has been designed a water control level system of steam generator tank with on-off method with solenoid valve actuator. The control system uses Controllogix 5565 as controller that control all of units in mixing process plant include water level in steam generator tank. In the steam generator tank there is level glass connected with sensore LDR and LED. The sensor LDR can change based on the changing of LED intensity. Supporting the control system used Software RS Logix 5000 by using PIDE mode control in Function Block Diagram FBD for tuning the parameter. From the experiment result it is known that LED light intensity has same directional with Vout. The greater light intensity the greater Vout too. Based on measurement data it is known that the increasing of level until 15 cm needs 1.35 secondscm.
