ABSTRAK

Telah dilakukan perancangan dan pembuatan sistem pengendalian suhu pada alat termoelektrik power berbasis mikrokontroller. Sistem pengendalian ini digunakan untuk menjaga agar suhu elemen pemanas tetap stabil sesuai dengan setpoint yang dimasukkan. Sensor suhu yang digunakan adalah LM 35. Mikrokontroller digunakan untuk memproses sinyal yang akan ditampilkan pada komputer. Tipe mikrokontroller yang digunakan adalah ATMega 8535. Hubungan antar muka dari mikrokontroller dan komputer digunakan DB9. Error yang terjadi di dalam sistem ini adalah 113 rentang pengukurannya adalah dari suhu ruang sampai 100oC presisinya adalah 095 dan akurasinya adalah 099. Selain itu alat ini memiliki karakteristik apabila semakin tinggi nilai temperatur maka nilai error semakin kecil.


ABSTRACT

Have done the design and manufacture of temperature control system based on microcontroller tools thermoelectric power. This control system is used to keep the temperature of the heating element remain stable according to the entered setpoint. The temperature sensor used is LM 35. Microcontroller is used to process the signal to be displayed on the computer. Type ATMega microcontroller used is 8535. Relations between the face of the microcontroller and the computer used DB9. Errors that occur in this system is 1.13 the measurement range is from room temperature to 100oC the precision is 0.95 and accuracy was 0.99. In addition this tool has the characteristics of the higher value when the temperature the smaller the error value.
