KALIBRASI FLOW METER DALAM ALIRAN FLUIDA PADA SISTEM MANIFOLD

ABSTRAK

Telah dirancang alat eksperimen kalibrasi flow meter pada sistem manifold yang berfungsi untuk mengetahui nilai ketidakpastian serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem manifold terhadap kalibrasi flow meter. Cara kerja sistem alat eksperimen ini yaitu pada kondisi awal ditentukan besar bukaan manual valve. Kemudian ditekan push button sehingga solenoid valve terbuka dan mengalirkan air ke talang air. Selanjutnya air mengalir melalui flow meter. Air keluaran flow meter akan ditampung dalam gelas ukur dihitung nilai volumenya dan digunakan sebagai pembacaan standar. Sedangkan perubahan nilai dari flow meter digunakan sebagai pembacaan alat. Dari hasil kalibrasi flow meter didapatkan nilai ketidakpastian diperluas terkecil untuk valve dengan bukaan pada flow meter B sebesar 00111 L untuk valve dengan bukaan pada flow meter B sebesar 00978 L untuk valve dengan bukaan pada flow meter D sebesar 00741 L dan untuk valve dengan bukaan 1 pada flow meter D sebesar 01172 L.


ABSTRACT

Device experiment calibration of flowmeter in flowrate manifold system has been designed which used to determine the values of the uncertainty and to determine the effect manifold system of calibration flowmeter. Work principle of this experimental device is in the first conditions has been determined the large of valve opening. Then the push button is pressed so the solenoid valve is open and drain the water in to water storage. Then the water drain through the flowmeter. Water flowmeter output will be accomodated in a glass measuremen. Whereas the change value of flowmeter uses as device reading. The result of this flowmeter calibration the values obtained that the minimum expanded uncertainty of valve in opening in flowmeter B is 00111 L the expanded uncertainty of valve in opening in flowmeter B is 00978 L the expanded uncertainty of valve in opening in flowmeter B is 00741 L the expanded uncertainty of valve in 1 opening in flowmeter B is 01172 L.
