RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM PENGENDALIAN TEKANAN PADA TANGKI PENAMPUNG MINYAK TANAH SUPPLAY BAHAN BAKAR FURNACE

PRESSURE CONTROL SYSTEM DESIGN FOR KEROSENE CAPACITY TANK TO SUPPLY FURNACE FUEL

ABSTRAK

Pada sistem pengendalian proses secara umum terdiri dari alat ukur pengontrol dan pengendali akhir. Pada setiap loop pengendalian diperlukan suatu pengontrol. Keempat variabel tersebut perlu diperhatikan dalam sistem pengendalian pada mini plant kondensat dimana perlunya pengendalian tekanan pada tangki bahan bakar minyak tanah supplay bahan bakar furnace yang digunakan untuk proses pembakaran pada kondensat. Oleh sebab itu akan dirancang sistem pengendalian tekanan otomatis dengan menggunakan mikrokontroller Arduino Uno ATmega328 dengan adanya pengendalian otomatis ini tekanan didalam tangki bahan bakar berada pada posisi setpoint 300 kPa. Maka sistem akan secara otomatis menutup solenoid yang menyuplai tekanan udara pada tangki dan jika tekanan berada pada posisi kurang dari setpoint 100 kPa dan 300 kPa maka solenoid akan membuka. Dengan adanya pengendalian tekanan secara otomatis ini maka tekanan pada tangki bahan bakar minyak tanah akan dapat dijaga.


ABSTRACT

Generally in process control system consists of measuring device controller and actuator. In every control loop requires a controller. Four variable need to consider in the control system at the mini plant condensate which control the pressure of kerosene capacity tank to supplu furnace used for the combustion process in the condensate. Therefore be designed automatic pressure control system using microcontroller Arduino Uno ATmega328 with the automatic control is when pressure is at position specified pressure setpoint to the fuel tank of 300 kPa. Then the system will automatically shut down solenoid valve that supplies air to the tank and if the pressure is at a position about the setpoint 100 kPa and 300 kPa then solenoid valve will open. So with the automatic pressure control is the pressure in the kerosene capacity tank will be maintained.
