ABSTRAK

Pada tugas akhir kali ini telah dilakukan perancangan alat berupa simulator proses dengan mode ratio control yang diimplementasikan dengan aliran fluida dimana ratio aliran fluida dianalogikan dengan proses opening valve. Pada plant simulator ratio control terdapat proses opening valve dimana valve digerakkan oleh motor DC pada plant simulator ini mengendalikan buka tutup dari valve dimana akan ada perbandingan antara buka dan tutup valve 1 dengan valve 2 kemudian adanya feed back yang dikirim sensor ke kontroler yang berupa mikrokontroller yang nantinya disambungkan ke visual basic untuk diketahui berapa buka tutup valve itu. Pada visual basic terdapat tampilan set point yang akan dirubah ubah sesuai dengan yang diinginkan dimana ketika dimasukkan set point 10 maka akan menggerakkan motor DC dan membuka valve 10 bukaannya. Ketika valve 1 dan valve 2 buka akan terjadi perbandingan bukaan berapa persen yang nantinya proses ini merupakan proses yang menggambarkan ratio kontrol.


ABSTRACT

At the final project was to design a process simulator tool with ratio control modes are implemented with the fluid flow in which fluid flow ratio is analogous to the opening valve. At the plant there is a process simulator ratio control valve in which the opening valve is driven by a motor DC the plant simulator control the opening and closing of the valve where there will be a comparison between the open and close valve 1 to valve 2 then any feed back is sent to the controller in the form of sensor microcontroller which will be connected to visual basic to know how to open the valve closed. In Visual Basic there is a set point display will be changed in accordance with the desired change which when entered set point 10 it will drive the motor DC and open the opening valve is 10. When valve 1 and valve 2 open aperture ratio will occur later what percentage of this process is a process that describes the ratio control.
