ABSTRAK

Dalam tugas akhir ini telah dibuat sistem pengaman kebocoran gas LPG pada mesin pengering padi dengan menggunakan sensor TGS 2610. Sistem tersusun dari sensor TGS 2610 Arduino Mega 2560 sebagai kontroler solenoid valve dan buzzer sebagai aktuator. Ketika terjadi kebocoran sensor akan mendeteksi berapa besar konsentrasi gas apabila konsentrasi gas LPG dalam tabung melebihi 300 ppm tindakan pengamanan yang dilakukan adalah buzzer akan berbunyi kemudian solenoid valve akan menutup laju aliran gas menuju kompor ketika nilai konsentrasi gas LPG mencapai 500 ppm sehingga gas yang bocor tidak akan meluap keluar.


ABSTRACT

Safety system for LPG gas leak on paddy drying machine using TGS 2610 sensor has been made. This system composed of TGS 2610 sensor Arduino Mega 2560 as controller solenoid valve and buzzer as actuator. When gas leak happen sensor will detect and calculate how much gas concentration if gas concentration more than 300 ppm then safety system will running buzzer will make a sound and then solenoid valve will closing gas flow so it will not going to stove anymore when the gas concentrate reach 500 ppm and the gas leaked will not have permission to get out from the tube
