ABSTRAK

Biodiesel merupakan salah satu bahan bakar untuk mesin diesel yang sering digunakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pada saat ini banyak yang mencari alternatif untuk pembuatan bahan bakar diesel. Telah dilakukan rancang bangun sistem pengendalian level kekeruhan pada biodiesel mini plant dengan bahan dasar dari minyak jelantah yang dicampur dengan beberapa bahan kimia. Sensor yang digunakan dalam mengendalikan level kekeruhan adalah sensor photodiode.Sensor akan bekerja jika minyak sudah mulai mengeruh dan diproses oleh mikrokontroler keluaran dari sensor photodiode ialah Volt. Sistem pengendalian level ini bekerja secara analog yang berupa tegangan dan prinsip kerjanya melalui ADC yang bekerja secara on-off. Pada sistem pengendalian level ini menggunakan 2 actuator yaitu selenoid valve dan pompa yang nantinya akan diatur pada mikrokontroler Hasil pengujian alat menunjukkan rata-rata dari sensor photodiode sensor atas 132 Volt dan sensor bawah 3913 Volt.


ABSTRACT

Biodiesel is one fuel for diesel engines often used in daily life.Today many are looking for alternatives for manufacture diesel fuel.Has done created get up control system level cloudiness on biodiesel mini plant with elementary substance from second oil mixed with some of chemicals. censorship use in controlling level cloudiness is censorship photodiode. Censorship will work if oil has started start cloudiness and processed by microcontroller output of censorship photodiode volts.Control system this level work in an analogies manner of voltage and principle worked through ADC whose work is on-off. Control system on this level use two actuator name is selenoid valve and water pump will arranged on microcontroller results testing instrument showing you averages of censorship photodiode top sensor 132 Volts and bottom sensor 3913 Volts.
