PREDIKSI KEAUSAN KOMPONEN HIDROLIK PADA UNIT DOZER D9R CATERPILLAR BERDASARKAN ANALISA PELUMAS DEKAS

ABSTRAK

Terjadinya kerusakan pada komponen hidrolik dipengaruhi oleh kondisi pelumas yang digunakan. Kerusakan akan menjadi tidak terkendali jika ditambah oleh adanya factor luar. Untuk mencegah terjadinya kerusakan ini diperlukan suatu metode perawatan yang tepat. Hal ini diharapkan agar dapat mencegah terjadinya kerusakan dan mencegah agar tidak terjadi kerusakan yang lebih besar. Dalam hal ini penggunaan metode perawatan prediktif yang dipakai adalah metode Scheduled Oil Sampling S.O.S. Sistem hidrolik yang digunakan ada pada unit Dozer D9R Caterpillar dan pelumas yang digunakan adalah pelumas hidrolik Caterpillar SAE lOW. Pengujian ini meliputi analisa. keausan pada pelumas dengan menggunakan alat Spectrometer analisa kondisi pelumas. dengan menggunakan inframerah FT-TR analira kandungan air dengan menggunakan Sputter Test dan analisa adanya partikei berukuran 5um dan 15um dengan menggunakan Light Extinction. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem hidrolik bekerja dengan baik dan pelumas yang digunakan masih dalam keadaan yang baik juga. Untuk masa penggantian pelumas pada sistem hidrolik diLakukan setiap 2000 jam sekali.


ABSTRACT

The failure of hydraulic equipment influenced by condition of lubricant that used. That failure would be uncontrolled if it influenced by external factors. To prevents the failure it needs a right maintenance method. Therefore the expectation is the failure would not be happened and to prevents a major failure. Predictive maintenance method that used is Scheduled Oil Sampling method or S.O.S. And the hydraulic system that used are at the Dozer D9R Caterpillar unit and lubricant that used is Caterpillar hydraulic oil SAE lOW. This analysis include Wear Debris analysis by Spectrometer device Oil Condition analysis by using Infra-Red FT -lR water analysis by Sputter Test and Oil Cleanliness analysis that measures particle size in 5um and 15um by using Light Extinction. From the result of analysis report it can be concluded that hydraulic system works finely and the lubricant that used is in a good condition too. For the renlacement time ofhvdraulic oil would be done everY 2000 hours.
