Description:

Dispenser merupakan salah satu pemanfaatan sistem refrigerasi yang digunakan untuk memudahkan dalam mendapatkan kebutuhan air dingin dan panas dengan cepat dan efisien. Dengan pertimbangan efisiensi, efektifitas, dan kemudahan yang dibutuhkan oleh para penggunanya, maka perlu dirancang suatu sistem dispenser dengan kapasitas yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan rumah tangga ataupun perkantoran. Dengan menitik beratkan pada lamanya waktu pendinginan, maka dilakukan perhitungan ulang pada evaporator pendingin air agar dapat mendinginkan air sesuai waktu yang diinginkan dan sesuai dengan sistem refrigerasi dispenser. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut kami melakukan pengujian yang diawali dengan perencanaan alat, pengadaan dan perakitan alat uji dispenser, dan selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian. Dispenser yang digunakan adalah tipe Bottle Water Cooler dengan menggunakan dua buah evaporator yang dipasang secara sen, yaitu evaporator 1 sebagai refrigerator dan evaporator 2 sebagai pendingin air minum. Akan tetapi dalam perhitungan nantinya kami lebih memfokuskan pada evaporator 2 yaitu evaporator sebagai pendingin air minum. Berdasarkan datadata dari pengujian, maka dihitung dimensi dari pipa evaporator tersebut. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa untuk: mendapatkan suhu air minum sebesar rc dengan suhu masukan air 300e dan volume air dalam tangki 3 liter pada waktu pendinginan selama 56 menit dibutuhkan pipa jenis copper pure berukuran 1/4 inchi, panjang pipa evaporator 2,403 m, dengan jumlah lilitan sebanyak 5 lilitan. Beban pendinginan totalnya (q lot) sebesar 90,208 Watt. Laju aliran massa refrigerant (m, ) sebesar 0,001332 kg / s

Dispenser represent one of exploiting refrigeration system used to facilitate in getting amount of hot and cold water fastIy and efficient. With the efficiency, effectiveness, and simply required by all its consumer consideration. Hence required to designed a dispenser system with the capacities matching with the housing and office requirement. With the chilling time duration as a foundation of design, hence conducted a recalculation evaporator as water cooler that can make cold the water according to wanted time and which compatible with the refrigeration system of a dispenser. To reach the target, we conduct the examination which is started with appliance planning, levying and assembling of dispenser, and hereinafter we conduct a examination. The type of dispenser is Bottle Water Cooler Type that use two evaporator attached break evenly. They are first evaporator as a refrigerator and second evaporator as drinking water cooler. However in calculation, we more focuss at second evaporator that use to cooling drinking water. Based on data from examination, hence calculate the dimension ofevaporator pipe. Result of calculation indicate that to reach the drinking water temperature equal to 7 C with the input temperature 30C and volume in a tank is 3 liter during chilling time at 56 minutes, require a copper pure pipe 1/4 inch which have length 2,403 m, with the number of twist are 5. Total refrigeration load (qtot) equal to 90,208 Watt. Mass flow rate ofrefrigerant (m, ) is 0,001332 kg]
