ABSTRAK

Biogas adalah gas produk akhir pencernaan atau degradasi anaerobik bahan-bahan organik oleh bakteri-bakteri anaerobik dalam lingkungan bebas oksigen atau udara. Komponen terbesar penyusun utama biogas adalah metana CH4 54 80 -vol dan karbon dioksida CO2 20 45 - vol.Di dalam tugas akhir ini dilakukan perancangan dan pembuatan biogas yang diukur tekanannya yang diimplementasikan pada sebuah miniplant berbasis mikrokontroller AT Mega 8535. Pengaturan tekanan pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan secara otomatis menggunakan software yang ada. Dari hasil perancangan dan pembuatan alat maka menghasilkan besar tekanan yang akan ditampilkan di PC dan LCD jika setiap ada perubahan tekanan pada miniplant maka secara otomatis mikrokontroller akan merespon yang pada akhirnya akan melakukan penyesuaian dengan set point yang telah ditentukan.


ABSTRACT

Biogas is final product of digestion or anaerobik materials organic by bacterium anaerobik in free environment air or oxygen. Biggest component of biogas is methane CH4 54 80 -vol and dioxide carbon CO2 20 45 -vol. At this final duty is scheme and making biogas wich measured its pressure implimentation at a miniplant based on mikrokontroller AT Mega 8535. Arrangement of pressure at final duty is automatically using existing software. From result of scheme and making of appliance hance yielding pressure to be presented at PC and LCDif every there is change pressure at miniplant hance automatically mikrokontroller response is on finally will adjustment set determined point.
