REDESIGN OF BRIGJEND SUTRAN NGETAL RING ROAD STA 0000 3965 TRENGGALEK REGENCY EAST JAVA

ABSTRAK

Jalan merupakan prasarana perhubungan darat yang mempunyai peranan penting untuk memperlancar kegiatan perekonomian dan pemerataan hasil-hasil pembangunan. Salah satu upaya untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut maka dilaksanakan pembangunan jalan baru. Proyek jalan baru lingkar Brigjend Sutran Ngetal dibangun dengan tujuan untuk memberikan jalan alternatif yang menghubungkan jalan Brigjend Sutran dengan desa Ngetal. Perencanaan jalan alternatif Brigjend sutran Ngetal ini meliputi analisa kapasitas jalan sesuai dengan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 1997. Kontrol geometrik jalan menggunakan Tata Cara Perencanaan Geometrik Jalan Antar Kota Bina Marga 1990. Perencanaan tebal perkerasan sesuai dengan Tata Cara Perencanaan Tebal Perkerasan Lentur Jalan Raya dengan Metode Analisa Komponen SNI 1732 1989 F. Perencanaan saluran drainase mengacu pada Tata Cara Perencanaan Drainase Permukaan Jalan SNI 03 3424 1994. Dari hasil analisa perencanaan total lebar jalur adalah 6 m 2 lajur 2 arah tak terbagi dan lebar bahu jalan direncanakan 2 m. Sedangkan pada Alinyemen Horisontal pada STA 0000 3965 didapat tikungan dengan jari-jari maks Rmax 1980 mdengan kecepatan rencana Vr 40 kmjam kelas jalan Kolektor kelas 3. Kontrol vertikal pada alinyemen yang direncanakan didapat kelandaian max 283. Untuk derajat kejenuhan DS pada awal umur rencana didapatkan 044 dan pada akhir umur rencana didapatkan 073. Untuk perencanaan tebal perkerasan didapatkan tebal 4 cm untuk AC MS 744 kg a040 dan 7 cm untuk ATB MS 590 kg a035 untuk STA 0000 3965. Untuk lapisan base course Material B CBR80 a013 STA 0000 3965 didapat tebal 20 cm. Untuk lapisan sub base Sirtu kelas C a011 STA 0000 2800 adalah 15 cm dan STA 30003965 didapat tebal 45 cm. Untuk drainase didapatkan saluran pasangan batu kali dengan lebar 0500 m dan kedalaman 1000 m. Perkiraan biaya yang dibutuhkan dalam perencanaan jalan ini adalah sejumlah Rp 11.785.350.00000 Sebelas milyar tujuh ratus delapan puluh lima juta tiga ratus lima puluh ribu rupiah.


ABSTRACT

The road is the land infrastructure which has important role to support economic activity to equalize the result of development. One of the efforts to realize the above mentioned therefor the new ring road is constructed. The ring road of Brigjeng Sutran Ngetal project is constructed in order to provide alternative road connecting between Brigjend Sutran road and Ngetal. The design of this alternative road is covering of road capacity analyzed according to the method of mannual capacity of Indonesia road 1997 MKJI. Road geometric control is applying Design Geometric of Roadway Binamarga 1990. The plan of flexible pavement is applying the flexible pavement component analyzed method SNI 1732 1989 F. The drainage system itself is according to method of Drainage System for Roadway SNI 03 3424 -1994. The outcome of plan analizing the total bandwith is 6 m 2 lanes undivided 2 ways and the road shoulder width is 2 m. While the horisontal alignment in STA 0000 3965 resulted curve with max fingers Rmax 1980 m with the plan speed Vr 40 kmhour resulting of collector class 3. Vertical controlto planned alignment resulting max hillocks 283 according to on condition that which thick permitted. For the degree of saturation in the first of planning age is 044. While the last is 073 DS075. For the flexible pavement planned resulted 4 cm of AC layer MS 744 kg a040 and 7 cm of ATB layer MS 590 a035 for STA 0000 3965. For the base course layer resulted 20 cm thick B Material CBR80 a013 for STA 0000 3965. 15 cm thick sub base course layer Sirtu class C a011 for STA 0000 2800 while for STA 3000 3965 resulted 45 cm. For the drainage system we got width of drainage is 0500 m with 1000 m of depth. The cost estimate for Brigjend Sutran Ngetal ring road project is Rp 11.785.350.00000 eleven billion seven hundred eighty five million three hundred and fifty thousand rupiahs.
