ABSTRACT

Waru Juanda higway is one of alternative road street between Surabaya Sidoarjo especially to control volume transportasion Juanda International Airport. To support it the road use a rigid pavement and use a sheet pile foundation because the quality soil is not good and cant support a big load. After analyzing more condition in reality The project is very expense. Therefore from that we try to look for solution by altering its with flexible pavement with a good aggregate and use wall to hold it. This Final project study problems of highway construction hardly flexible pavement and hoard can do it . This final project is to get contruction which is cheap and good like alternatively desain. This final project using hard planning method flexible pavement and drainage channel as according to SNI. Calculation of rain intensity use formula of mononobe cost estimate and ofis expense of HSPK 2009. After data processing and gathering which have been done hence can be taken by conclusion of planning. Conclusion of this final project is at highway of Waru - Juanda STA 7000 sd 10000 owning vertical alinyemen leveling off. Using curve of spiral spiral circle horizontal alinyemen. Owning vehicle capacities equal to 2300 smp hour. Use a flexible pavement with base sub composition 20cm base 20cm and surface AC LASTON 10cm exhoard as high as 3m with chosen material well graded and supported by wall of type grafity. Dimension for the box culvert is length 1m wide 0.5m thick 10cm as long as 23m. From all the planning in requiring the expense of equal to Rp. 62.973.923.736 and the fund much more a few in comparing with planning of road street which is rigid pavement and use a sheet pile foundation of Rp. 223.246.895.769cept road street shoulder. Using land ground
