ABSTRAK

Proyek akhir yang kami kerjakan ini terletak pada ruas Bojonegoro Ponco STA 00000 STA 03000 dengan topik bahasan Perencanaan Peningkatan Jalan Bojonegoro Ponco STA 00000 STA 03000. Proyek akhir ini juga membahas tentang perencanaan drainase dan estimasi biaya pelaksanaan untuk pekerjaan pavement dan drainase yang diperlukan. Berdasarkan analisa pada volume lalu lintas tahun 2009 menghasilkan derajat kejenuhan DS sebesar 033 Meskipun kapasitas pada tahun 2009 masih memenuhi kapasitas ijin DS075 namun masih perlu diadakan perhitungan derajat kejenuhan DS untuk 10 tahun mendatang.Proyeksi lalu lintas mulai tahun 2010 sampai 2020 dengan menggunakan model regresi linier menghasilkan volume lalulintas pada akhir umur rencana sebesar 25060 kendaraanhari. Berdasarkan analisis kapasitas untuk volume lalulintas akhir rencana diperoleh derajat kejenuhan DS sebesar 089 sehingga diperlukan pelebaran jalan menjadi 9 m. Dengan demikian peningkatan jalan ini akan meliputi pelabaran di kiri dan kanan jalan sebesar 1 m. Analisa lendutan eksisting jalan adalah 114 mmkm dari data BenklementBeam yang ada. Berdasarkan perhitungan kebutuhan lendutan pada akhir tahun rencana untuk mengakomodasi beban 20.952.245 AE 18 KSAL diperlukan lendutan sebesar 15 mmkm. Dengan menggunakan grafik perencanaan tebal lapis tambahan maka perkerasan lama perlu dilakukan overlay sebesar 4 cm dengan menggunakan laston AC LASTON MS 744. Perencanaan pavement dengan menggunakan Analisa Komponen Bina Marga SKBI 2.3.26.1987 pada daerah pelebaran berdasarkan proyeksi volume lalu lintas sampai tahun 2020 diperlukan lapis pondasi bawah sirtu kelas A minimum CBR 70 lapis pondasi atas Batu pecah kelas A CBR minimum 90 dan CTB cemment treat base setebal 8 cm serta AC LASTON MS 744 setebal 4 cm. Intensitas curah hujan daerah studi diketahui sebesar I 12061 mmjam dengan menggunakan perhitungan intensitas hujan dengan rumus mononobe. Dengan mengasumsikan 20 m daerah pemukiman masuk dalam catchment area drainase konstruksi jalan maka perencanaan saluran tepi jalan diperlukan bentuk trapesium dari pasangan batu kali 1530 1pc3ps dengan dimensi lebar dasar saluran 05 m dan kedalaman 010 m sd 174 m. Estimasi biaya pelaksanaan ditentukan berdasarkan perhitungan volume pekrjaan perubahan dari konstruksi jalan hasil perencanaan peningkatan. Harga satuan pekerjaan menggunakan daftar analisa harga satuan Dinas Bina Marga dan Pematusan Kabupaten Bojonegoro HSPK tahun 2009. Biaya yang diperlukan untuk pekerjaan peningkatan jalan ini adalah sebesar Rp 5.484.675.55500 lima milyar empat ratus delapan puluh empat juta enam ratus tujuh puluh lima ribu lima ratus lima puluh lima rupiah.


ABSTRACT

The final project we are working on now is situated on the way Bojonegoro Ponco STA 00000 STA 03000 under the topic Plan of Road Improvement Bojonegoro Ponco STA STA 00000 STA 03000. This project also involves the plan of drainage and estimated cost for the pavement and drainage work. Based on the analysis on the volume of traffic 2009 it is found out that the Degree of Saturation DS is 0.33 subject to Average Daily Traffic of 2009 of 10911 vehicles day. Despite the fact that the 2009 capacity still under the permitted DS DS 0.75 it is high time to make a calculation of DS for the next 10 years.. Projection of Traffic 2010 up to 2020 by applying a linear progression model brings about a traffic volume of 25060 vehicles day by the end of plan age. Based on the analysis to the capacity of traffic volume by the end of plan age the DS is found 0.89 therefore a 9 m road widening is required. By then the road must be widened respectively 1 meter to the left and rightside. The analyzed existing road deflection 1.14 mmkm subject to the data of Benklement Beam. Referring to the required deflection on the end of plan age to accommodate a load of 20952245 AE 18 KSAL a deflection of 1.5 mmkm is required. By using the graphic of the overlay thickness design the existing hardening needs a 4 cm overlay by using laston AC LASTON MS 744. The pavement is planned to use Bina Marga Component Analysis SKBI S2.3.26.1987 on the widening area subject to the projection of traffic volume up to 2020 a cement treat based class A minimum CBR 70 Cement base Treat on split stones class A minimum CBR 90 and 8cm CTB and 4cm AC LASTON MS 744 .The rain fall intensity in the surveyed area is I120.61 mmhour by applying Mononobe Formula Under an assumption 20 m of residential area is included in the catchment area drainage of road construction the plan of side road drainage of trapezium form made of split stones 1530 1pc3pc with dimension of base width of 0.5 m and depth of 0.10 up to 1.74 m. The estimated cost of the project is determined based on the calculation of volume of the work of the improved road construction .The price of work unit uses the List of analysis of unit price of Dinas Bina Marga and Pematusan Kabupaten Bojonegoro HSPK of 2009. The cost required for the work of road improvement is Rp.5484675555.00 five billion four hundred eighty four million six hundred seventy five thousand and five hundred fifty five rupiahs
