ABSTRAK

Ruas Jalan Surabaya Gresik merupakan jalan arteri primer yang menghubungkan antara Surabaya dengan Kabupaten Gresik sebagai jalan utama dan satu-satunya jalan non tol jalur pantura menuju maupun keluar kota Surabaya.Selain itu wilayah sekitar sebagai pusat industri perdagangan dan pelabuhan membuat arti penting jalan ini. Kerusakan struktur jalan di beberapa tempat dan ketidak adanya saluran drainase yang memadai serta lalu lintas yang sangat padat mengakibatkan kemacetan dan ketidak nyamanan dalam berkendara maka dipandang perlu penanganan peningkatan struktur dan kapasitas jalan agar dapat menampung meningkatnya volume dan beban lalu lintas. Dalam Proyek Akhir ini direncanakan peningkatan jalan dengan menggunakan perkerasan kaku beton bertulang menerus untuk ruas Surabaya Gresik pada STA 5 000 STA 11 000 sepanjang 11.000 meter. Pada analisa perencanaan kapasitas untuk kebutuhan pelebaran jalan berdasarkan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Raya Indonesia MKJI tahun 1997 untuk analisa perencanaan Perkerasan Kaku menggunakan metode berdasarkan pedoman perencanaan perkerasan kaku beton semen tahun 1985 dari PUSLITBANG Jalan Dep.PU untuk perencanaan drainase saluran tepi menggunakan metode SNI 03-3434-1994 Dep. PU. Hasil analisa repetisi beban untuk pertumbuhan lalu lintas i didapat tebal pelat pada lapisan existing dan pada pelebaran berturut turut tebal pelat 20 cm 26 cm untuk menghasilkan prosentase fatique 0 100. Sambungan menggunakan dowel 27 mm panjang 400 mm dengan jarak 300 mm. Tie bar ii menggunakan 16 mm panjang 700 mm dengan jarak antar tie bar 910 mm. Saluran tepi menggunakan segi empat diperoleh kedalaman hidrolis yang bervariasi antara d 029 112 m lebar saluran b 073 280 m tinggi jagaan w 038 075 m dan tinggi saluran h 067 187 m. Diharapkan perencanaan ini dapat mengatasi beban lalu lintas yang cukup berat sesuai dengan kondisi segmen jalan tersebut.


ABSTRACT

Road segment Surabaya - Gresik is a primary arterial road that connects between the Kabupaten Gresik Surabaya as the main road and the only non-toll road route Pantura and exit the city Surabaya.Selain around the area as a center for industry trade and make the importance this way. Damage to road structure in some places and the existence of an adequate drainage channels and the traffic is very congested and the congestion caused comfortable in the drive it is need to increase the handling capacity of the structure and the way in order to accommodate the increased volume and the traffic load. End project in this way with a planned increase in using rigid concrete pavement the bony segment to Surabaya - Gresik in STA 5 000 - STA 11 000 along the 11000 meters. In the analysis for planning capacity needs based on road widening in Manual Kapasitas Jalan Raya Indonesia MKJI 1997 the analysis for planning using methods based on rigid planning guidelines rigid pavement cement concrete in 1985 from PUSLITBANG Jalan Dep.PU planning for the drainage channel edge using methods SNI 03-3434-1994 Dep. PU. Results of analysis for the load repetition traffic growth i obtained on the plate thick layer on the existing and widening of consecutive thick sheet 20 cm 26 cm to produce fatique Percentage 0 100. Using a dowel connection 27 mm 400 mm long with a distance of 300 mm. Tie bars using 16 mm length 700 mm with a distance between tie bars 910 mm. Channel edge using a square is the hydraulic depth varies between d 0.29 - 1.12 m channel width b 0.73 - 2.80 m high guarded w 0.38 -- 0.75 m and high channel h 0.67 - 1.87 m. It is expected that this planning can overcome the burden of the traffic is quite heavy in accordance with the condition of the road segment.
