Canopy Polycarbonate adalah konstruksi yang digunakan sebagai pelindung dari terik sinar matahari dan hujan Di industri kecil pembentukan rangka Canopy Polycarbonate masih menggunakan tenaga manusia. Hal tersebut menyebabkan rendahnya kapasitas produksi. Untuk mengatasi masalah di atas maka dirancang dan dibuat mesin roll bending pipa untuk pembuatan rangka polycarbonate yang digunakan sebagai pengganti tenaga manusia. Sehingga, bisa dipastikan proses produksi akan meningkat. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh kapasitas produksi mesin 98 rangka polycarbonate/jam. dari hasil perhitungan elemen mesin diperoleh Bahan Poros AISI 1050 Cold Drawn Syp = 104000 psi,diameter poros 30mm.Bahan Pasak AISI 1095 Hot Rolled Syp=83000 dengan W=6,35mm, H=6,35mm, L=50mm, Rantai:Jenis rantai=rantai roll nomor 50 Panjang rantai=48,74mm, diameter rantai roll=10,16mm. Bantalan tipe single row deep grove ball bearing seri 03 dengan diameter luar=32mm,umur bantalan=3840,20 jam.

Canopy Polycarbonate construction is used to protect from sunrise and rain. In home industry, frame building of canopy polycarbonate used human power. That is why capacity of production is low. To solve that problem, built and design roll bending machine for frame building of canopy polycarbonate is necessary. That machine can cover for human power. So, capacity of production increase exactly. The result of calculation obtain capacity of production is 98 frame/hour.The calculation result of machine element is: shaft material is AISI 1050 Cold Drawn Syp = 104000 psi, shaft diameter=30mm. Cotter pin material is AISI 1095 Hot Rolled Syp=83000psi, W=6,35mm, H=6,35mm, L=50mm. Tipe of chain is rolled chain number 50, with lenght 48,74mm, rolled chain diameter=10,16mm. Tipe of bearing is single row deep grove ball bearing seri 03 out diameter=32mm, bearing time=3840,20hours.
