PEMBUATAN DAN PENGUKURAN PEMAKAIAN DAYA LISTRIK DI TIGA LAB ELEKTRO INDUSTRI PENS-ITS DAN MONITORING JARAK JAUH

ABSTRAK

Kebutuhan energi listrik pada rumah tangga meningkat dan harga energi listrik mahal yang menyebabkan pembayaran energi listrik besar. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan penghematan pemakaian daya dengan monitoring pemakaian daya arus tegangan dan cos phi. Dengan adanya monitoring parameter daya ini diharapkan dapat mengetahui berapa penggunaan daya tegangan arus dan cos phi pada setiap bulannya. Monitoring parameter daya ini menggunakan PowerLogic PM810 fungsi dari alat tersebut adalah membaca parameter daya seperti tegangan arus cos phi dan daya. Dengan menggunakan mikrokontroller Atmega 162 hasil dari pembacaan parameter daya akan disimpan dengan cara dari mikrokontroller melakukan request ke power logic dengan bantuan sofware Code Vision AVR menggunakan bahasa C proses baca tulis antara mikro dengan PowerLogic dapat dilakukan. Komunikasi antara mikrokontroller Atmega 162 dengan PowerLogic PM810 tidak akan terwujud jika tidak ada converter RS 485 to RS 232 karena pada Power Logic memiliki serial RS 485 sedangkan pada mikrokontroller sendiri memiliki serial RS 232.


ABSTRACT

Electrical energy needs in the household energy prices and increased electricity costs that cause the payment of electricity. Therefore the savings should be done with the power usage monitoring power flow voltage and cos phi. With the power of monitoring this parameter can be expected to know how the use of power voltage current and cos phi in each month. Monitoring this parameter power use PowerLogic PM810 the function of the tool is the power of the parameters such as voltage current power and cos phi. By using mikrokontroller Atmega 162 results from the reading of the parameters will be stored with the power of how to request mikrokontroller logic to power with the help of software Code Vision AVR C language using the read - write the micro can be done with PowerLogic. Communication between mikrokontroller Atmega 162 with PowerLogic PM810 will not be realized if there is no converter RS 485 to RS 232 as the Power Logic has a serial RS 485 while the mikrokontroller have their own serial RS 232.
