THE INFLUENCE OF CLEANING COMPRESSOR FOR GAS TURBINE PERFORMANCE ON GTG UNIT I PT. PETROKIMIA GRESIK

ABSTRAK

PT. Petrokimia Gresik merupakan salah satu perusahaan pupuk terbesar di Indonesia dan ketiga di dunia. Selain mendapat distribusi listrik dari PLN sebagai pemasok listrik cadangan PT. Petrokimia Gresik memiliki pembangkit listrik sendiri yaitu Gas Turbin Generator GTG dan Steam Turbin Generator. Bagian peralatan yang ada dalam Gas Turbin Generator harus dijaga kondisinya agar performance peralatan tersebut dapat bekerja secara optimal. Bagian itu antara lain kompresor turbin gas turbin uap pompa dan boiler HRSG. Kompresor adalah suatu alat pada turbin gas yang digunakan untuk menaikkan tekanan udara. Pada tugas akhir ini melakukan analisa unjuk kerja pembangkit pada open cycle dengan menganalisa efisiensi yang dihasilkan turbin gas dengan bahan bakar natural gas. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh efisiensi kompresi sebelum cleaning kompresor sebesar 8560 dan sesudah cleaning kompresor sebesar 8771 dengan efisiensi siklus Brayton sebelum cleaning kompresor sebesar 2676 dan sesudah cleaning kompresor sebesar 2678 .


ABSTRACT

PT. Petrokimia Gresik is one of the biggest fertilizer producer in Indonesia and third in the wold. Baside it has electrical distribution from PLN PT. Petrokimia Gresik has another source is Gas Turbine Generator GTG and Steam Turbine Generator. The parts of Gas Turbine Gnerator GTG must be preserve other to performance from that machine can work optimally. The parts of power plant is compressor gas turbine steam turbin pump and Heat Recovery Steam Generator HRSG. Compressor is a part from gas turbine that use to increase air pressure. This final project is doing performance analysis at open cycle power plant by efficiency analysis gas turbine with natural gas fuel. From calculation we get compression efficiency before cleaning compressor is 8560 and after cleaning compressor is 8771 with brayton cycle efficiency before cleaning compressor is 2676 and after cleaning compressor is 2678 .
