FLOOD EVACUATION TOOL DESIGN OF MULTIFUNCTION

ABSTRAK

Banjir merupakan bencana alam musiman yang kerap melanda Indonesia salah satunya ialah di Jakarta. Jakarta merupakan salah satu kota metropolitan di Indonesia oleh karena itu tidak sedikit penduduk yang tinggal di Ibukota Jakarta. Hal itu menyebabkan padatnya pemukiman penduduk dan sempitnya jalan akses ke pemukiman akibatnya kerja team evakuasi banjir menjadi terhambat Warga tidak tinggal diam untuk menanggulangi ketidakpastian datangnya team evakuasi tersebut. Warga akan menggapai semua benda yang dapat mengapung disekitarnya dan dapat digunakan sebagai sarana evakuasi. Diantara bermacam sarana evakuasi alternatif yang digunakan warga untuk evakuasi banjir ialah peralatan rumah tangga. Oleh karena itu dipilihlah peralatan rumah tangga yang tepat untuk digunakan sebagai sarana evakuasi banjir multifungsi. Hal yang dilakukan untuk menentukan peralatan rumah tangga sebagai sarana evakuasi banjir yaitu dengan melakukan pendataan dan menganalisa seluruh peralatan rumah tangga. Analisa dilakukan dengan cara menyeleksi seluruh peralatan rumah tangga dengan kategori dapat mengapung mampu mengangkut beban orang di air layak digunakan sebagai sarana evakuasi banjir dan kemampuan mengapung setelah dimodifikasi. Sarana evakuasi banjir multifungsi ini memiliki ukuran yang mengacu pada aspek ergonomis sehingga nyaman dan mudah digunakan. Stabilitas diketahui dengan menggunakan program Hydromax Pro dan dianalisa berdasarkan 5 lima kondisi yaitu 1 orang dewasa berdiri 1 orang dewasa duduk 2 orang dewasa duduk 2 orang dewasa duduk 1 anak duduk 2 orang dewasa duduk dan 2 anak duduk. Dari hasil pemilihan yang dapat menyelesaikan evakuasi banjir adalah almari. Oleh karena itu berdasarkan konsep tersebut dibuatlah sebuah sarana evakuasi banjir yang multifungsi dengan ukuran panjang 18 m lebar 075 m tinggi 04 m menggunakan alat bantu gerak berupa dayung dan mampu mengangkut 4 orang. Dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan program Hydromax Pro dengan 5 kondisi nilai stabilitasnya dinyatakan memenuhi standard IMO.

Flood is seasonal batural disaster often bumps into indonesia one of them at Jakarta city. Jakarta be one of metropolitan city in Indonesia therefore by dozens citizen that capital Jakarta. That thing causes citizen settlement denseness and the narrow access road to settlement finally work team flood evacuation is to retarded member doesnt hold peace to overcoming incoming uncertainty team evacuation. Member will reached for all things that can float and serve the purpose of evacuation tool. Between various alternative evacuation tool that is used member for flood evacuation household device. Therefore choose correct household device to be used as flood evacuation tool multifunction. Matter that done to determine household device as flood evacuation tool that is with do data collection and analyze entire household devices. Analysis be done by selection entire household devices with category can float can to carry away person load at water proper used as flood evacuation tool and ability floats after modified. Flood evacuation tool multifunction this has size that threaten in as ergonomis so that pleasant and easy used. Stability is known by using program Hydromax Pro and analyzed based on 5 five conditions that is 1 person adult stand 1 person adult sit 2 person adult sit 2 person adult sit 1 childs sits 2 person adult sit and 2 childs sits. From result that can finish flood evacuation cupboard. Therefore based on concept create a flood evacuation tool multifunction of the size long 18 m wide 075 m tall 04 m use movement medium shaped oar and can to carry away 4 peoples. From calculation result uses program Hydromax Pro with 5 the stability value conditions is declared to fulfil standards IMO.
