ABSTRAK

Kemajuan teknologi dewasa ini telah mendorong pengembangan Programable logic control PLC sebuah revolusi di bidang rekayasa teknik kontrol. PLC juga merupakan suatu bentuk khusus pengontrolan berbasis mikroprosesor yang memanfaatkan teori yang dapat diprogram untuk instruksi dan untuk mengimplementasikan fungsi seperti logika sequencing dan pewaktuan timing . Dalam Project Work ini akan digunakan PLC jenis OMRON Sysmac CJIM CPU22 yang difungsikan untuk mengontrol kecepatan motor induksi 3 phase secara otomatis menggunakan PID kontroller yang akan dibantu dengan motor driver dengan tipe OMRON SYS DRIVE 3G3 MV INVERTER 11 KW. Progam ini akan dibantu penampilanya dengan bantuan software SCADA yang akan menampilkan animasi real dari pengontrolan motor dengan menggunakan PLC. Dari hasil percobaan dan analisa diperoleh data bahwa putaran motor asynkron 3phase bernilai konstan saat berbeban dan tidak berbeban. Sementara itu untuk analisa menggunakan matlab perhitungan secara teoritis dan secara praktek sangat berbeda. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa project work telah dapat berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.


ABSTRACT

Progress of technology these days have pushed development of control logic Programable PLC a are revolution engineer control technique. PLC also represent an special from of microprocessor basic exploiting program memory able to for instruction and for the implementation of function like logic sequencing and timing. In this project work will be used by PLC type of OMRON Sysmac CJIM CPU22 functioned to automatic control speed of motor induce 3 phase using PID controller to be assisted with motor of driver with type of OMRON SYS DRIVE 3G3 of MV INVERTER 11 of KW this program will be assisted by its appereance constructively SCADA software to see animation from or real of controller of motor by using PLC. From the results of experiments and analysis of data showed that asynkron 3phase motor rotation is constant when loaded and not loaded. Meanwhile for analysis using matlab theoretical calculations and in practice very different. So that it can be concluded that the project work has been able to run as expected.
