[ Description ]

Lemari Es yang beredar di pasaran memiliki ukuran yang relatif besar dan kurang praktis bila dibawa bepergian. Dengan adanya problem di masyarakat maka kami berinisiatif membuat alat dengan judul “Rancang Bangun Portable Cool Storage Menggunakan PLC”. Pada alat ini mengkombinasikan berbagai komponen,diantaranya: elemen pendingin Termoelektrik yang digunakan pada Driver pendingin, sebagai pengontrol suhu digunakan PLC atau Programable Logic Control, untuk komponen pelengkap yang lain digunakan Sensor Suhu LM 35, Optocoupler, MOSFET dan IC 555. Lemari Es yang kami rancang ini menghasilkan suhu antara 17°C-20°C. Suatu beban dikatakan segar bila memiliki suhu 10°C. Pendingin ini memiliki ukuran 18 cm x 13 cm x 13 cm, berbentuk balok sehingga sangat mudah dibawa keluar dan di pindah-pindah. Lemari Es ini di harapkan mampu menjadi solusi bagi masyarakat dalam hal mengawetkan minuman saat bepergian. Kapasitas muatan pada pendingin ini adalah setengah kilogram.

Refrigerator which is rotated in the market has big enough size. And it is not easy to be brought for going. By the society problem as like this one,so we have inisiative to use “ Designe Building Portable Cool Storage by Using PLC” for the title in our tool. We combine some components for this tool. Such as: cool element is used for cold system,PLC ( Programable Logic Control ) is used to control the temperature,the other component is LM35, Optocoupler, MOSFET and IC555. That we have designed this refrigerator to produce a temperature between 17 °C - 20 °C. A load is said to fresh if it has a temperature of 10 ° C. This refrigerator has a size of 18 cm x 13 cm x 13 cm, this fridge-shaped beam that is very easy to carry out and moved around. Refrigerator is expected to become a solution for society in terms of preserving foods while traveling. Cargo capacity on this refrigerator is a half of kilogram.
