PERENCANAAN REHABILITASI BENDUNG BLIMBING KABUPATEN PONOROGO

Air merupakan karunia Tuhan Yang Maha Esa yang diperlukan oleh manusia, hewan, dan tumbuh – tumbuhan. Apalagi air yang ada di sungai sangat besar manfaatnya untuk keperluan air irigasi persawahan, maka dari itu perlu adanya suatu bangunan untuk penangkap air tersebut berupa bendung. Bendung Blimbing terletak di Desa Prayungan Kecamatan Sawoo Kabupaten Ponorogo. Bendung ini mengairi sawah seluas 139 Ha. Bendung Blimbing mengambil air dari kali Sawoo yang masuk daerah Irigasi Keyang atas. Bendung ini di kelola oleh Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Ponorogo Bidang Sumber Daya Air. Dengan dibangunnya bendung Blimbing diharapkan mampu mengairi areal sawah tersebut. Analisa hidrologi untuk menentukan debit banjir pada periode ulang 100 tahun, menentukan hujan rata – rata dengan menggunakan metode Theisen Polygon. Perhitungan tinggi hujan rencana dengan menggunakan metode Log-Persson tipe III dan distribusi Normal. Uji kecocokan distribusi frekwensi dengan menggunakan metode Uji Chi-Kuadrat dan Uji Smirnov- Kolmogorov. Perhitungan banjir rencana dengan menggunakan metode Nakayasu. Lebar total bendung (B) sesuai dengan bangunan lama yaitu 38 meter. Elevasi mercu bendung +151,22, dihitung berdasarkan elevasi Intake bangunan lama, yaitu elevasi +150.80 lebar pintu 0,80 m tinggi bukaan pintu 0,28 m elevasi muka air down stream +150.93. Mercu bendung direncanakan tipe bulat, kolam olak direncanakan tipe bak tenggelam. Tubuh bendung direncanakan stabil terhadap geser, guling, erosi bawah tanah (piping), dan bangunan tidak turun.

Blimbing weir is located in the Village District Prayungan Sawoo Ponorogo. This weir to irrigate rice fields covering an area of 139 Ha.
