[ Description ]

Proses pembuatan paving dengan menggunakan mesin paving sistem hidrolik dan vibrasi sering kali mengalami kendala mengenai masa pakai mesin dan pada sembungan-sambungan antar bagian. Sambungan antar bagian mesin sering kali lepas ataupun rusak dikarenakan masih adanya tekanan pada silinder penekan saat vibro motor dijalankan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penulis merancang kembali sistem hidrolik yang digunakan dengan penambahan solenoid valve. Solenoid valve digunakan untuk mengatur arah aliran fluida yang masuk kedalam silinder cetakan atas. Dari analisa yang dilakukan diperoleh kesimpulan yaitu : silinder yang digunakan berdiameter 63 mm,solenoid valve type WE6 dengan kapasitas 60 L/min, pompa berkapasitas 6 US Gpm dan motor listrik 4 HP dengan putaran 1405 rpm

In paving making process using hydraulics machine and vibration often have problems in life time and machine part connection. Connection between machine part often have released or damage caused there is still pressure in press cylinder when vibro motor start. To solve those problem, the writer redesign hydraulic system using solenoid valve. The solenoid valve is used to control fluid direction which go into upside dies�s cylinder. In analysis which have done we have some concludes : hydraulic cylinder 63 mm, solenoid type WE6 with 60 L/min capacity, hydraulic pump 6 USGpm capacity, and 4HP electric motor
