ABSTRAK

Pasir Kalimantan Selatan PKS tersebar di beberapa lokasi endapan sungai di Kabupaten Banjar Kabupaten Tapin Kabupaten Tanah Laut Kabupaten Kotabaru dan Kabupaten Tabalong. PKS ini termasuk jenis pasir kuarsa. Dalam penelitian proyek akhir ini Pasir Lokal Mojokerto PLM dipakai sebagai pembanding PKS untuk bahan pengisi beton ringan sistem foam agent BRF. BRF adalah beton yang bahan penyusunnya terdiri dari semen agregat halus PKS-PLM dan busa sebagai pembentuk rongga udara dalam beton. Beton ringan foam agent memiliki berat jenis antara 1000 kgm hingga 1500 kgm. Perencanaan desain eksperimen dan analisa hasil pengujian beton dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode taguchi. Untuk pengujian evaluasi mutu beton benda uji silinder yang digunakan dengan ukuran diameter 15 cm dan tinggi 30 cm. Dan untuk uji porositi benda uji yang digunakan adalah kubus dengan ukuran 5 cm x 5 cm. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan beton yang terdiri dari komposisi semen 35215 kg PKS 8804 kg air 17607 liter dan foam 9 liter memiliki kuat tekan yang tinggi hingga 150 kgcm.


ABSTRACT

South Kalimantans Sand PKS are spread in several stream sediment locations. They are Banjar Regency Tapin Regency Tanah Laut Regency Kotabaru Regency and Tabalong Regency. PKS includes quartz sand types.In the end of the research project Local Sand of Mojokerto PLM is used as a comparison of PKS for substance filler of lightweight concrete in agent foam system BRF. BRF is the concrete which is the constituent materials composed of cement fine aggregate PKS-PLM and foam as the forming of air hollow in the concrete. The Lightweight concrete of agent foam has a specific gravity between 1000 kg m to 1500 kg m. The design planning of experiments and analysis of concrete testing results conducted by using the Taguchi method. To test the evaluation of the concrete quality a cylindrical specimen was used with a diameter of 15 cm and 30 cm high. And for porosity test the specimen used is a cube of 5 cm x 5 cm.The research results showed that the concrete composed of 35.215 kg of cement composition 8.804 kg of PKS 17.607 liters of water and 9 liters of foam has a high compressive strength up to 150 kg cm .
