PENANGGULANGAN BANJIR AKIBAT LIMPASAN KALI KUNCIR KANAN KABUPATEN NGANJUK PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR

FLOOD CONTROL DUE TO RUNOFF KALI KUNCIR KANAN NGANJUK REGION EAST JAVA

ABSTRAK

Kali Kuncir Kanan terletak di Kabupaten Nganjuk Propinsi Jawa Timur. Sungai tersebut mengalir sepanjang 103 km. Kali Kuncir Kanan mengalir dan bermuara bertemu dengan kali kedungsuko di sebelah timur kota Sukomoro. Penanggulangan Banjir akibat limpasan di kali Kuncir Kanan ini mempunyai panjang 3111 m atau 3111 km. Pelaksanaan proyek ini merupakan proyek tahunan kedua yang dilaksanakan tahun 2012 dari anggaran proyek pemerintah. Karena terbatasnya kapasitas pengaliran apabila air hujan yang mengalir ke kali Kuncir Kanan seringkali menimbulkan genangan air akibat luapan banjir sehingga menggenangi lahan pertanian yang ada. Oleh karena itu dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut perlu dilakukan perhitungan ulang perencanaan drainase Kali Kuncir Kanan dengan menggunakan data curah hujan dari tahun 2003 hingga tahun 2012 dari 3 Stasiun yaitu Stasiun Nganjuk Stasiun Banaran dan Stasiun Kedungsuko sehingga didapat besarnya debit banjir pada periode ulang 25 tahun dengan tambahan debit QB yang masuk 50 ke kali kuncir kanan di pot. 1-1 sebesar 57119 m3detik di pot. 2-2 sebesar 61306 m3detik pot. 3-3 sebesar 65157 m3detik dan pot.4-4 sebesar 77536 m3detik. Kemudian menghitung kapasitas eksisting pada tiap potongan di pot. 1-1 sebesar 3944 m3detik di pot. 2-2 sebesar 4995 m3detik pot. 3-3 sebesar 1686 m3detik dan pot. 4-4 sebesar 19118 m3detik. Terlihat bahwa pot.1-1 2-2 3-3 meluber tidak aman sehingga diperlukan redesign ulang penampang. Sehingga debit yang masuk ke kali kuncir kanan dapat ditampung dengan aman.


ABSTRACT

Kali Kuncir Kanan located in Nganjuk East Java. The river flows along the 10.3 miles. Kali Kuncir Kanan flowing and leadmeet kali Kedungsuko east of town Sukomoro. Floods due to runoff in kali Kuncir Kanan 3111 m in length or 3111 miles. Implementation of this project is the second annual project undertaken in 2012 on the budget of the government project. Due to the limited capacity of the drainage if the rainwater that flows into kali Kuncir Kanan often lead to standing water due to overflowing flood that inundated farmland there. Therefore the existence of these problems need to be re-planning calculations kali Kuncir Kanan drainage using rainfall data from 2003 through 2012 from 3 stations namely Nganjuk Station Banaran Station and Kedungsuko Station in order to get the amount of return period flood discharge at 25 year with QB 50 in pot. 1-1 of 57119 m3second in pot. 2-2 of 61306 m3second pot. 3-3 of 65157 m3second and pot.4-4 at 77536 m3second. Then calculate the existing capacity in each piece in pot. 1-1 of 39.44 m3second in pot. 2-2 of 49.95 m3second pot. 3-3 of 16.86 m3second and pot. 4-4 of 191.18 m3second. Seen that pot.1-1 2-2 3-3 overflow unsafe necessitating a redesign. So that discharge into kali Kuncir Kanan can be accommodated safely.
