STUDY REPLATING ON THE HULL KODJA SHIPPING IN DOCK MARINE

ABSTRAK

Reparasi kapal merupakan bentuk perawatan kapal yang mana di butuhkan untuk setiap kapal yang sedang anual sampai dengan general docking disamping itu reparasi juga dapat berguna untuk mengetahui ketidak layakan dari semua unsur kapal dari toleransi toleransi yang ditetapkan oleh klas. Salah satu hal yang riskan dalam reparasi dan menjadi sasaran wajib pada repair list adalah perawatan bagian kapal di bawah garis air wetted surface . pada bagian tersebut sering ditemukan beberapa masalah seperti deformasi di karenakan benturan dari benda-benda di lautadapun di karenkan batas maksimum usia suatu plat hinga mengalami ketipisan di plat tersebut. Pada reparasi khususnya pergantian plat replating untuk replating sendiri tidak sembarangan karena kita hrus mengetahui aturan-aturan standrt dari class dan juga untuk mereparasi plat dan juga harus mengetahui batas maksimum suatu plat yang wajib di ganti dengan mengacu standrt dari pihak classpihak galangan juga harus memperhatikan dengan seksama aturan-aturan dari class agar tidak merugikan dari pihak galangan dan mememberi kepuasan terhadap owner sebagai pemilik kapal.


ABSTRACT

Ship repair ship is a form of treatment which is in need for every ship that was up to the general docking anual besides that reparations can also be useful to know the impropriety of the ship all the elements of tolerance - tolerance set by the class. One of the things that risky in the repair and subjected to compulsory treatment in the repair list is part of the ship below the waterline wetted surface. the piece is commonly found several problems such as deformation in because of collisions of objects in the sea while the maximum age limit karenkan hinga plate having a thinness in the plate. Inparticular repair replacement plate replating for replating itself is not arbitrary because we hrus standrt know the rules of the class and also to repair plate and also must know the maximum limit of a plate that must be replaced with reference standrt of the class the shipyard also must consider carefully the rules of the class in order not to harm from the shipyard and mememberi satisfaction with the owner as the owner of the ship.
