ABSTRAK

Offtake Kalisogo merupakan asset penting PT PGN SBU distribusi Wil. II memiliki sistem kelistrikan yang berbeda dengan sistem kelistrikan pada offtake lainnya. Sistem emergency supply offtake Kalisogo yaitu genset merupakan peralatan lama dari offtake yang sudah tidak beroperasi. Genset tersebut sebelum digunakan di offtake Kalisogo tidak dilakukan pengujian untuk mengetahui apakah genset tersebut masih dalam kondisi yang baik untuk digunakan. Menurut data buku pemakaian genset bahwa di offtake Kalisogo sering mengalami pemadaman oleh PLN. Pemadaman paling lama yang pernah terjadi yaitu 292 menit atau 2 jam 52 menit. Selain itu juga sering terjadi kerusakan peralatan listrik dan elektronik. Menurut hasil identifikasi tim pemeliharaan kerusakan disebabkan oleh sambaran petir atau gangguan tegangan jaringan distribusi. Dalam field project ini penelitian difokuskan pada simulasi sistem distribusi tenaga listrik offtake Kalisogo. Analisis aliran daya pada sistem distribusi sistem tenaga listrik digunakan untuk membandingkan prinsip kerja sistem tenaga listrik pada offtake Kalisogo dengan offtake lain. Untuk memudahkan perhitungananalisis dilakukan dengan bantuan program ETAP versi 4.0. Hasil simulasi studi aliran daya jaringan distribusi sistem tenaga listrik offtake Kalisogo menunjukkan bahwa tegangan nominal pada saat disupply oleh PLN TR3 sebesar 0.373KV sedangkan saat disupply oleh genset DG2 tegangan nominalnya sebesar 0.38 KV. Estimasi penambahan beban yang masih sanggup ditanggung oleh genset DG2 yaitu sebesar 46.86 kVA.


ABSTRACT

Offtake Kalisogo is important asset for PT PGN SBU Distribusi area II has a unique electricity system that different from the other offtake. The emergency supply system which is Genset one of the old instruments from offtake which not functioning anymore. Before generally checked up to know whether its normally functioning or not. Data retrieved from the genset log book shows that offtake Kalisogo is often in blackout state by the PLN. The longest blackout is 292 minutes or 2 hours 52 minutes. The electricity instrument is also often to be out of order. From the maintenance teams identification the cause is lightning struck or jamming voltage system distribution. In this Field Project the research is focused on offtake Kalisogo distribution power electrical system simulation. Load flow analysis on offtake Kalisogo distribution power electrical system used to compere how does power electrical system work on offtake kalisogo with another offtake. To simplify the counting ETAP 4.0 program is used in analysis. Simulation report of Load flow studies offtake Kalisogo distribution power electrical system indicate that the nominal voltage on offtake kalisogos supply use PLN TR3is 0.373KV but when get supply from genset DG2 the nominal voltage is 0.38 KV. Increasing load estimation that can still genset handle is 46.86 KVA.
