ABSTRAK

Penggunaan internal gedung administrasi disuplly dari trafo step down yang berkapasitas 85kW terdapat dua lantai pada gedung ini yaitu lantai satu digunakan untuk kepentingan administrasi kantor dan lantai 2 digunakan untuk kantor supervisor dan manager unit PLTU Perak. Pemanfaatan energi listrik pada gedung administrasi ini bisa dibedakan menjadi dua sektor beban penerangan dan sistim pendingin AC. Beban penerangan umumnya tidak lebih dari 20 sedangkan AC dapat mencapai lebih dari 60 Filino Harahap 1993. Dalam sistem pengelolaan manajemen energi gedung kantor memiliki standar penerangan 350 lux sistem pendingin 24oC dengan kelembaban 65 SNI 03-6572-2001. Untuk mengetahui kondisi existing sektor penerangan dan pendingin pada gedung ini manajemen energi perlu didukung dengan sejumlah data audit energinya. Field Project FP ini mengetengahkan hasil audit energi pada bangunan tersebut di kedua sektor beban ini. Hasil audit akan dimanfaatkan untuk mengevaluasi dan membangun alternative pengelolaan energi yang optimal. Berdasarkan hasil audit terlihat bahwa IKE Intensitas Konsumsi Energi di Gedung Administrasi PLTU Perak Surabaya sudah memenuhi standar IKE yang ditentukan yaitu 74kWhmtahun dengan standar IKE 240kWhmtahun untuk bangunan kantor. Pemborosan terjadi di sektor sistem pendingin AC penggunaan daya AC melebihi safety yang ditentukan sebesar 85 sedangkan penggunaan daya AC di lantai 1 sebesar 92 dan lantai 2 sebesar 93. Setelah melakukan perhitungan penghematan di sektor AC didapatkan peluang penghematan untuk lantai 1 sebesar 31 dan dilantai 2 sebesar 23.


ABSTRACT

Internal use of the administration building is supplied from step-down transformer with a capacity of 85kW there are two floors on the first floor of this building is used for the benefit of the administration offices and two floors used for office supervisor and manager of power plant units of Perak. Utilization of electrical energy in the administration building can be divided into two sectors of lighting load and cooling system air conditioning. Lighting load is generally not more than 20 while the air conditioner can achieve more than 60 Filino Harahap 1993. In the system of management management of energy office building has a 350 lux lighting standards 24oC cooling system with humidity of 65 SNI 03-6572-2001. To know the condition of existing lighting and cooling sector in this building energy management needs to be supported by a number of energy audit data. Field Project FP presents the results of energy audits on buildings in the two sectors of this burden. Audit results will be used to evaluate and establish the optimal alternative energy management. Based on the results of the audit shows that IKE Energy Consumption Intensity in the Administration Building Perak Surabaya plant already meets the standards specified IKE 74kWh m year with a standard IKE 240kWh m year for office buildings. Wastage occurred in the cooling system air conditioning use of AC power exceeds the specified safety by 85 while on AC power usage by 92 the 1st floor and 2nd floor of 93. After calculating the savings in air conditioning sector savings opportunities to obtain a 31 floor and second floor of 23.
