ABSTRAK

ABSTRAK Proses penempatan barang proses packing dan sortir pada industri masih banyak yang menggunakan konveyor yang berfungsi hanya untuk satu obyek saja karena karakteristik obyek yang berbeda sehingga ketika satu konveyor rusak maka konveyor lain tidak dapat menggantikan hal tersebut sangat tidak efisien. Dengan berdasarkan perbedaan berat sebuah konveyor dapat dipakai untuk beberapa obyek. Sensor loadcell digunakan untuk sensor beratnya kemudian rangkaian buck konverter digunakan sebagai rangkaian driver dari motor DC dan rangkaian minimum sistem digunakan sebagai rangkaian driver solenoid valve. Sensor phototransistor mengambil data sebuah obyek yang telah ditimbang Lalu data tersebut diolah oleh mikrokontroler. Kemudian mikrokontroler atmega16 memberi perintah ke solenoid valve untuk menggerakan silinder dalam pemilahan berdasarkan karakteristik berat. Dengan menggunakan metode penimbangan hasil pemilahan mencapai ketelitian 75


ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT Process of location of object process packing and sortir at many industry still using functioning conveyor just for one object because characteristic of object is different so when one damage conveyor other conveyor cannot replace that is not efficient. With pursuant to heavy difference a conveyor can use for a few object. Load cell used for the sensor of weight and buck converter as the control of DC motor and microcontroller as solenoid valve driver .Sensor take data a object which have been deliberated then the data processed by microcontroller. Atmega16 Microcontroller give command at solenoid of valve for the movement of cylinder in sorting pursuant to heavy characteristic.
