Kemampuan kompetensi dan daya saing usaha jasa konstruksi di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah. Hal ini terbukti dari jumlah usaha jasa konstruksi yang dapat mengikuti tender-tender di tingkat Asia masih tergolong sedikit sekali. Untuk dapat mengikuti tender-tender dan meningkatkan daya saing industri pelaksana konstruksi nasional diperlukan keselarasan antara bisnis strategis dengan proyek Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan indikator-indikator yang mempengaruhi strategi bisnis strategi proyek mengukur keselarasan pemodelan keselarasandan uji model pada real case. Pendekatan metode analisis lingkungan bisnis menggunakan statistic multivariate dan metode penyelarasan menggunakan matrix HOQ house of quality dari QFD quality function deployment dengan pengembangan analisis hubungan matrix HOQ menggunakan kanonikal. Identifikasi lingkungan bisnis yang berpengaruh dominan dalam daya saing dilakukan melalui kuisioner stakeholder industri pelaksana konstruksi dengan 20 variabel internal dan 23 variabel eksternal. Pada lingkungan proyek terdapat 61 variabel teknis dan 15 variabel non teknis. Variable-variabel tersebut digunakan sebagai matrix WHAT dan HOW pembentuk model keselarasan. Hubungan antara matrik WHAT dan HOW didapatkan sebuah fungsi keselarasan. Fungsi yang terbentuk kemudian diaplikasikan pada real case dua industri pelaksana konstruksi nasional. Hasil keselarasan pada real case didapatkan nilai keselarasan 5. Uji model dilakukan dengan menggunakan model TAM technical assistance method yang ditujukan atas persepsi keberterimaan model. Dengan menggunakan 8 kriteria dan skala nilai 1 s.d 5 dengan bantuan statistic diperoleh nilai R-square sebesar 0.972 0.5 yang berarti model dapat diterima. Rancangan model berupa fungsi yang bersifat industry based untuk usaha jasa konstruksi kelas besar di Indonesia dan industri pelaksana konstruksi lain yang memiliki karakteristik bisnis dan proyek yang relatif sama. Riset lanjutan yang potensial untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut meliputi rancangan model sejenis dengan menambahkan karakteristik tim proyek untuk usaha jasa konstruksi kelas besar model yang sejenis untuk industri kelas kecilmenengah dan pemodelan dalam bentuk software.


Contractors competency abilities and industrial competitive power in Indonesia are still classified in lower level. These conditions are also supported with the few contractors industrial responsive level to participate in Asian level tenders. Alignment between companys and projects strategies is significantly required to allow those national contractors to participate in tenders and to enhance their industrial competitive power. This research has its aim to determine those indicators affecting the business strategy project strategy measuring alignment alignment modeling and model test on the real case. Method for entity business analysis with factor analysis and method model of alignment with matrix HOQ House of quality from the QFD Quality Function Deployment method and collaboration with canonical analysis. Business entity dominantly influencing the competitive power was conducted through questionnaire of contractor industrial stakeholders involving 20 internal variables and 23 external variables respectively. The dominant influence of project entity to enhance project performance involved 61 technical variables and 15 non technical variables respectively. This variable was build WHAT and HOW matrix alignment model. The relationship between WHAT and HOW matrix obtained an alignment function. Functions that are formed are then applied on real case of two national construction industry implementers. Alignment on a real case results obtained alignment value 5. Model tes was evaluated and validation applied the TAM Technical Assistance Method model addressed upon the perception of model function. A validation grade of 0972 05 was achieved by applying 8 criterion and grade scale of 1 to 5 and also by statistic assistance which mean that the model was valid. The model design was of industrial based character for big scale contractor companies in Indonesia and other contractor industries with the relative similar business and project characteristics. The potential advanced researches for further development consist of the design of the same kind model by adding project teams characteristic for big scale contractor industry the same kind model for smallmiddle scale industries and software modeling.
