DETEKSI DINI BAHAYA PROPAGASI ALUR SUNGAI SEBAGAI GEJALA PENYEBAB BANJIR BERINDIKATOR POLA FLUKTUASI DEBIT

ABSTRAK

Propagasi alur sungai adalah suatu proses di dalam sungai yang berkaitan dengan erosi di satu sisi disertai dengan sedimentasi di sisi lain yang berakibat pada bergesernya alur sungai sehingga bisa membahayakan infrastruktur di dekatnya. Pola fluktuasi debit yang mengalir di sungai merupakan gambaran iklim dan kondisi Daerah Aliran Sungai DAS di mana sungai tersebut berada. Dalam kurun dasa warsa terkahir yang tercatat pada Automatic Water Level Recorder AWLR terlihat perubahan-perubahan pola fluktuasi debit yang ditengarai sebagai pemicu propagasi alur sungai. Analisis data debit seri selama dua dekade terakhir dilengkapi dengan data geometri sungai 61548 61537 r A S H O dan data teknis tanah gradasi butiran dan spesifik gravity serta data sedimen kemudian dengan analisis menggunakan metode KUN-QARSHOV rating propagasi propagation rate dapat ditentukan. Mendapatkan hubungan antara pola fluktuasi debit dari data dua dekade 1992 2012 dengan rating propagasi horizontal ditargetkan selesai pada tahun I kemudian hubungan antara pola fluktuasi debit 1992 2013 dengan rating propagasi vertikal ditargetkan selesai pada tahun II. Kedua hubungan yang didapatkan tersebut secara simultan dirumuskan sebagai gejala-gejala penyebab banjir akibat pola fluktuasi debit sungai yang ditinjau. Kemudian perumusan yang didapatkan dipakai sebagai acuan deteksi dini banjir dengan indikator pola fluktuasi debit ditargetkan selesai pada tahun III.


ABSTRACT

Grooves propagation of a river is a process in the rivers pertaining to erosion on one side accompanied by sedimentation at the other side that result in shift of the river grooves so endanger the river infrastructure nearby. Pattern of the discharge fluctuations in the in a stream flow was an ilustration of climate and the condition of cathment area of the river. During two decades the past record on automatic water level recorder AWLR seen changes of discharge fluctuations pattern are indicated as the trigger of river groove propagation. Analysis on discharge series data during the past two decades furnished with river geometry data 61548 61537 r A S H O and soil properties data granules gradation and specific gravity and sediment data. Analysis using KUN-QARSHOV methods the propagation rate can be determined. To get relationship between discharge fluctuations pattern from two decades data 1992 - 2012 by rating horizontal propagation be finished in first year then the relationship between discharge fluctuations pattern 1992 - 2013 by rating of vertical propagation be finished in second year. Both relations acquired the simultaneously formulated as symptoms of flood caused by discharge fluctuations pattern in reviewed river.Then acquired formularization used as reference of flood early detection by an indicator of discharge fluctuations pattern finished in third year.
