Perencanaan produksi merupakan hal penting dalam manajemen perusahaan. Pada Perusahaan Pestisida yang menghasilkan beberapa produk berdasarkan jumlah pesanan, perencanaan produksi sangat diperhatikan agar jumlah pesanan terpenuhi dalam satu periode. Produk yang dipilih pada Tugas Akhir ini adalah dua produk pesanan yang bersifat kontinu. Pengolahan data pada Tugas Akhir ini menggunakan Minitab, SPSS, SAS, dan LINDO. Metode yang digunakan untuk optimasi perencanaan produksi adalah metode goal programming karena mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan optimasi yang menghendaki beberapa sasaran dengan berbagai prioritas untuk mencapai semua tujuan secara optimal dan simultan. Biaya transportasi ke gudang sebesar Rp. 2.299.190 pada periode pertama dan Rp. 2.842.810 pada periode kedua dari anggaran perusahaan sebesar Rp. 4.500.000 per periode. Biaya penyimpanan produk di gudang sebesar Rp. 1.839.352 pada periode pertama dan Rp. 2.274.248 pada periode kedua dari anggaran sebesar Rp. 2.500.000 per periode. Perusahaan dapat menambah penggunaan mesin untuk produksi produk I hingga 27.778 menit pada periode pertama dan 34.993 menit pada periode kedua dari target sebesar 15.000 menit per periode.

Production planning plays very important role in the company management. Pesticide Company that produce several products based on the number of orders, the production planning is considerable concerned with the number of orders that can be met in one period. The selected products in this research are two orders products which are continuous form. The program used in processing are Minitab, SPSS, SAS, and LINDO. The goal programming method is used to solve optimization problems that require multiple targets with different priorities to achieve optimally and simultaneously. The transportation cost to the warehouses is Rp. 2.299.190 in the first period, and Rp. 2.842.810 in the second of the company\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s budget which is Rp. 4.5 million per period. The warehouse storage cost is Rp. 1.839.352 in the first period, and Rp. 2,274,248 in the second of the company\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s budget which is Rp. 2.5 million per period. Companies can increase the number of machines to produce product I up to 27.778 minutes in the first period and 34.993 minutes in the second of the company\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s target which is 15,000 minutes per period.
