ANOMALY STUDY OF SUBSURFACE AREA AROUND HOT SPRING MANIFESTATION OF WAGIR LOR VILLAGE NGEBEL PONOROGO BY USING MAGNETIC METHOD

ABSTRAK

Sumber panas bumi memiliki temperatur yang sangat tinggi sehingga dapat mempengaruhi kondisi lingkungan sekitarnya. Salah satu efeknya adalah timbulnya manifestasi air panas yang timbul di sekitar sumber panas bumi. Manifestasi ini terjadi karena adanya patahan yang sehingga terdapat adanya zona trobosan fluida. Identifikasi zona patahan dapat dilihat dengan menganalisa struktur bawah permukaan daerah penelitian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode geomagnet yang menggunakan analisa sifat kemagnetan batuan. Analisa dengan menggunakan metoda geomagnet ini dilakukan di area 15 x 15 km. Hasil analisa data geomagnet didapatkan peta kontur reduksi ke kutub dan peta kontur pseudogravity.Hasil dari sayatan pada titik A-B menunjukkan adanya perbedaan material penyusun di bawah permukaaan. Kisaran nilai suseptibilitasnya 0.1x10-3-0.6x10-3 emug yang diidentifikasikan sebagai batuan sedimen.Adanya manifestasi air panas pada daerah Ngebel disebabkan karena adanya sesar yang membujur dari selatan ke utara yang sesuai dengan data anomali magnetik.


ABSTRACT

Geotermal resource have hight temepratur that can affect the surrounding environment. One effect is a manifestation of hot water arising around geothermal sources. The manifestation of the presence of a fault zone that contained the fluid break through. Identification of the fault zone can be seen by analyzing the structure of the subserface area of research. The method used in this study an analysis method that uses geomacnetic method for identification of rock. Analysis using the geomagnetic method is carried out in an area of 1.5x1.5km. The results of the analysis of data obtained geomagnetic the reduction to pole of contour map and pseudogravity of contour map. The result of the slice at the line AB reveal differences in the material contents in subsurface. Suseptibility of value have range 0.1x10-3-0.6x10-3emg were identification as sedimentary rocks. The manifestation of hot water in the area present of the fault that stretching from south to north in accordace with the magnetic anomaly data.
