OPTIMIZATION OF GREEN TIME IN URBAN TRAFFIC NETWORK USING MULTI-AGENT MODEL PREDICTIVE CONTROL MPC

ABSTRAK

Kemacetan adalah salah satu permasalahan yang sering dihadapi di sejumlah perkotaan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh banyaknya kendaraan tanpa ada pengaturan yang baik. Pada tugas akhir ini dibahas kontrol waktu hijau pada pengaturan lampu lalu lintas agar panjang antrian di jalanan minimal dan tidak terjadi kemacetan. Model jalan yang digunakan pada tugas akhir ini adalah model jalan 1 arah dengan 6 persimpangan dan 13 jalan yang disebut link. Metode Multi-Agent Model Predictive Control Multi-Agent MPC yang disebut juga MPC tersebar digunakan untuk mengatur waktu lampu hijau pada lampu lalu lintas. Dari hasil simulasi diperoleh distribusi waktu hijau pada subsistem 3 antara 0 sampai dengan 81.9 detik.


ABSTRACT

Congestion is a problem which is often encountered in the number of cities. This is caused due to the number of vehicles without good regulation. In this final project it is discussed the green time as control of trac lights regulation in order to minimize long queues and congestion. The model used in this final project is one-way-road model with 6 intersections and 13 roads called links. Multi-Agent Model Predictive Control known as distributed MPC is used to set the green time on trafic lights. In the simulation result obtained the distribution of green time in the subsystem 3 from 0 to 81.9 seconds.
