ABSTRAK

Paving blok merupakan salah satu bahan bangunan yang dimanfaatkan sebagai lapisan atas struktur jalan selain aspal atau beton. Paving blok dibuat dari bahan campuran seperti semen portland atau bahan perekat lainnya air dan agregat. Abu vulkanik sering disebut juga pasir vulkanik atau jatuhan piroklastik adalah bahan material vulkanik jatuhan yang disemburkan ke udara saat terjadi suatu letusan gunung berapi terdiri dari batuan berukuran besar sampai berukuran halus. Penelitian pengujian kekuatan paving blok yang dibuat menggunakan bahan abu vulkanik dari Gunung Bromo yang terdiri dari 3 faktor yaitu komposisi semen dan abu vulkanik faktor air semen FAS dan lama perawatan paving. Dengan metode standart yang mengunakan nilai rata-rata untuk melihat kondisi setiap observasi didapatkan kondisi optimum A3B3C2 untuk respon kuat tekan resapan dan keausan dengan nilai optimum 41039 Mpa 12819 dan 00359mmmenit. Hasil dari metode fuzzy logics didapat kondisin optimum baru yaitu A3B3C3 dengan nilai taksiran SN Ratio Kuat Tekan optimum sebesar 32621 dB atau nilai taksiran rata-rata Kuat Tekan optimum sebesar 42588 Mpa nilai taksiran SN Ratio Resapan optimum sebesar -18427dB atau nilai taksiran rata-rata Resapan optimum sebesar 8348 nilai taksiran SN Ratio Keausan optimum sebesar 32024 dB atau nilai taksiran rata-rata Keausan optimum sebesar 00023 mmmenit.


ABSTRACT

Paving block is a building material which one has been use the way of structure overlay accepted asphalt and concrete. Making of paving block is the mix such Portland cements or other adhesive water and aggregate. Volcanic ash its called sand volcanic or pyroclastic fall out it has the other meaning fall out volcanic materials which was ejected in air while volcanic eruption happening consist of the large stone extend soft stone. Researching the strength of paving block which used materials of volcanic ash from mount bromo consist of three factor such as composition of cement and volcanic ash water and cement factor FAS duration of paving taking care . In standard method is using the average value to check up the shape of every observation Receiving the optimum condition A3B3C2 by the strength of push absorb and wear with the optimum value 41039 Mpa 12819 and 00359mmminute. The result of fuzzy logics method is receiving the new optimum condition such as A3B3C3 with the value estimate of SN ratio optimum sstrength of push for 32621 dB or the value estimate of average optimum for 42588 Mpa the value estimate of SN ratio optimum absorb for -18427dB or the value average estimate of average optimum for 8348 the value estimate of SN ratio optimum wear for 32024 dB or the value average estimate of average optimum for 00023 mmminute.
