PEMODELAN JUMLAH PENDERITA HIPERTENSI DI PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR DENGAN MIXED GEOGRAPHICALLY WEIGHTED POISSON REGRESSION

ABSTRAK

Hipertensi berperan besar dalam perkembangan penyakit jantung yang merupakan penyebab utama kematian di seluruh dunia. Hipertensi telah membunuh 94 juta warga dunia setiap tahunnya. Penelitian tentang pemodelan jumlah penderita hipertensi di Propinsi Jawa Timur akan dianalisis menggunakan Geographically Weighted Poisson Regression dengan hasil yaitu faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh di setiap kabupatenkota di Propinsi Jawa Timur. Model GWPR selanjutnya akan dilanjutkan ke model Mixed Geographically Weighted Poisson Regression yang digunakan untuk mengatasi pengaruh global yang ada di GWPR. Dari anlisis dengan GWPR didapatkan hasil bahwa dengan menggunakan regresi poisson seluruh variabel yang digunakan masuk ke dalam model. Dengan menggunakan GWPR maupun MGWPR didapatkan hasil bahwa fungsi kernel yang digunakan adalah Fixed Gaussian dengan nilai bandwidth optimum sebesar 0633. Pada GWPR variabel kelompok yang terbentuk ada 6 kelompok sedangkan dari hasil MGWPR didapatkan hasil bahwa varibel kelompok yang terbentuk ada 4 dengan variabel globalnya adalah rasio penduduk tidak tamat SMA persentase penduduk yang mengobati penyakit sendiri persentase penduduk yang merokok persentase penduduk yang berumur 8805 65 tahun persentase penduduk yang terkena diabetes rasio sarana kesehatan untuk variabel lokalnya yang terbentuk adalah variabel persentase penduduk tidak tamat SD persentase penduduk yang berolah raga persentase penduduk miskin.


ABSTRACT

Hypertension major role in development of a disease of the heart that is a major cause of death worldwide. Hypertension killed 94 million people in the world every year. Research on modeling number of hypertension in the east java will be analyzed by using Geographically Weighted Poisson Regression with the result is factors influential in each district or city in the East Java. Model GWPR will next proceed to model Mixed Geographically Weighted Poisson Regression used to address global issues in GWPR. Of an analysis with GWPR obtained the result that by the use of Regression Poisson all variables used enter into model. By using GWPR and MGWPR obtained the result that R2 largest is with Gixed Gaussian with value bandwidth optimum of 0633.The variable group formed GWPR there are 6 groups with influential variable is parametric there 5 variables. From the results obtained as a result that the variable MGWPR that is formed there are 4 groups. There are 4 groups with global variable is community ratio do not finish senior high school prosentage of the community who take care of their own desease prosentage of community who smoke prosentage of community who has age of 8805 65 years prosentage of community who got diabate ratio of healty mean for the local variable formed is the variable of prosentage do not go to elementary school community prosentage that doing sport and prosentage of poor community.
