ISOLASI IDENTIFIKASI DAN KARAKTERISASI KANDUNGAN FLA VONOIDA DARI NYCTANTHES ARBOR-TRISTIS L.

ABSTRAK

Sri gading Nyctanthes arbor-tristis L. adalah salah satu tanaman obat yang sudah dikenal masyarakat dan digunakan secara tradisional sebagai bahan obat. Setedah dilakukan pengujian pada bunga daun kulit batang dengan menggunakan pereaksi tertentu ternyata bagian bunga mengandung turunan senyawa flavonoida. Untuk mendapatkan suatu turunan senyawa flavonoida proses pengerjaan yang dilakukan meliputi isolasi dengan ekstraksi identifikasi dengan kromatografi kolom dan lapis tipis selanjutnya karakterisasi dengan menggunakan spektrofotometer ultraviolet. Pemeriksaan pendahuluan dilakukan pengujian kimia terhadap masing-masing fraksi pada pengerjaan isolasi dan identifikasi. Berdasarkan warna noda hrga Rf dan spektrum ultraviolet maka senyawa flavonoida yang didapatkan disarankan merupakan suatu turunan senyawa flavanon


ABSTRACT

Sri gading Nyctanthea arbor-triatia L. is one of the medicinal plants which has been known in society is traditionally as medicinal herbs. After ita experiments on 1ta flowers leaves and ita barks using given reactions it turned oat that the flowers contain flavonoids compound derivations. The process carried out to obtain a flavonoid_ compund derivation covers isolation by extraction identification by chromatography columns and thin layers and next characterizations by using ultaviolet spectrophotometer. In the pre-examination a chemical test is done to each fraction on carrying out isolation and identification. Based on the colour of spots the cost Rf and ultraviolet spectrum the obtained flavonoid compound is suggested to be a flavanon composition derivation.
