ABSTRAK

RF Downlink Satelit ini merupakan suatu RF Downlink yang dapat memancarkan sinyal dari satelit ke Ground Station untuk komunikasi data atau suara yang memiliki dimensi sangat kecil nano satellite. RF Downlink Satelit terdiri dari berbagai macam modul seperti baseband PAD Packet Assembler Disassembler RF Downlink dan RF Uplink. RF Downlink berfungsi memancarkan sinyal dari satelit hingga ratusan kilometer. Dalam tugas akhir ini bertujuan merancang dan membuat modul RF Downlink yang bekerja pada frekuensi 435915MHz dan RF Downlink memiliki 2 bagian utama yaitu upconverter frekuensi dan power amplifier. Upconverter berfungsi menaikan frekuensi menjadi 435915MHz dari inputan baseband dan power amplifier berfungsi menaikan daya sinyal. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa upconverter mampu menghasilkan frekuensi center 436915 MHz. Hasil ini sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang dibutuhkan sebagai Rf downlink untuk payload satelit IINUSAT-01.


ABSTRACT

RF Downlink is a RF Downlink can to transmit signals from satellites to Ground Station for data or voice communications which has dimensions of portable easy to carry and small size. RF Downlink of various modules such as baseband PAD Packet Assembler Disassembler RF Downlink and RF Uplink. RF Downlink will transmit signals from the satellite to hundreds of kilometers. In this final project aims to design and make RF Downlink module that works on frequencies 436.915 MHz and Downlink RF consists of two main parts that is the frequency upconverter and power amplifier. The function of Upconverter is to increase the frequency up to 436.915 MHz of baseband input and the power amplifier raises the signal power. The test results showed that the upconverter capable of producing center frequency of 436.915MHz. These results are according to the required specifications as transmitter of the portable satellite transceiver IINUSAT-01.
