PERANCANGAN DAN PEMBUATAN MOTOR INDUKSI FLUKS AKSIAL TIGA FASA SATU STATOR-SATU ROTOR UNTUK KENDARAAN LISTRIK

ABSTRAK

Motor induksi fluks aksial sangat sesuai jika digunakan sebagai penggerak utama pada kendaraan listrik karena berbentuk pipih dan lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan motor induksi pada umumnya. Stator dan rotor pada motor induksi fluks aksial berbentuk 2 buah piringan yang berhadapan.Tugas akhir ini membahas tentang perancangan dan pembuatan motor induksi fluks aksial dengan satu stator dan satu rotor. Perancangan motor fluks aksial hampir sama dengan perancangan motor pada umumnya tetapi arah fluks magnetnya berbeda aksial. Spesifikasi perancangan motor sebagai berikut empat kutub tiga fasa dengan tegangan antar fasa 100 Volt dan daya target 500 watt. Material core yang digunakan adalah material yang mudah didapatkan di pasaran yaitu baja St.37. Motor fluks aksial dibuat dengan panjang 66 mm dan diameter 200 mm. Pada tegangan 15 Volt mampu berputar 1366 rpm. Dengan menganalisa rangkaian ekuivalen motor dapat dihasilkan kurva karakteristik torsi vs kecepatan dari motor induksi. Hasil kurva menunjukan torsi maksimum motor sebesar 079 Nm.


ABSTRACT

Axial flux induction motor is suitable as main motor in electric vehicle because the dimension is smaller than common induction motor. Stator and rotor in axial flux induction motor have the shape as two discs that face each other. This final project presents the design of three phase axial flux induction motor with single stator and single rotor. Designing of axial flux induction motor is almost same as the general motor that uses radial flux but it has different flux direction. The specification of prototype is single stator single rotor three phase four pole with phase to phase voltage 100 Volt and output power target is 500 watt. Core was built with steel St.37. The induction motor has 66 mm length and 200 mm in diameter. With 15 Volt supply motor speed is 1366 rpm. With torque vs speed characteristic curve we can find the maximum torque Maximum torque of this motor is 079 Nm.
