RANCANG BANGUN ALAT PEMBATIK OTOMATIS MENGGUNAKAN ROBOT KARTESIAN

ABSTRAK

Batik adalah salah satu kebudayaan di Indonesia yang perlu kita jaga dan lestarikan. Seiring dengan teknologi yang semakin maju dan berkembang pesat diharapkan semakin berkembang pula kemajuan dalam melindungi kebudayaan bangsa agar kelestariannya dapat terjaga. Robot kartesian adalah salah satu inovasi di bidang teknologi. Dalam tugas akhir ini robot yang terdiri dari lengan sumbu X Y dan Z ini dapat difungsikan sebagai penggambar pola sederhana yang merupakan pola dasar dari teknik membatik. Dalam menggambar batik biasanya masih menggunakan teknik manual dengan memanfaatkan cara kerja robot kartesian diharapkan dapat membantu dan mempermudah pengerjaan dalam teknik membatik. Robot kartesian ini menggunakan motor stepper sebagai penggerak sumbu X Y dan Z. Sedangkan canting yang akan dipergunakan adalah canting elektronik yang dilengkapi dengan pengontrol suhu. Dengan tambahan canting elektronik keluaran lilin batik dari setiap suhu yang dijadikan set poin 70730C-130730C menghasilkan lebar gambar lilin batik pada kain yaitu 0.5-1 milimeter di setiap kenaikan 10730C. Dari hasil tersebut didapatkan nilai set poin yang sesuai antara gerak robot dan keluaran lilin batik dari canting elektronik pada suhu 90730C-100730C. Dengan tambahan pemanas suhu pada canting elektronik diharapkan robot kartesian ini nantinya dapat menggambar pola batik pada kain.


ABSTRACT

Batik is one of Indonesias culture that needed to keep and preserve. Along with more advanced of technology that growing rapidly expected that in the progress is also develope to protect the cultural of nations can order to be maintained. Cartesian Robot is one of the innovations in the sphere of technology. In this final project this robot that consist of arm X-axis Y-axis and Z-axis can be used as a simple pattern drawer which is the basic pattern of the batik techniques. In drawing batik usually still using manual techniques by utilizing the workings of the Cartesian robot expected that can assist and simplify batik techniques working. This cartesian robot use the motor stepper as a driver of the X Y and Z axis. While canting that will be used is an electronic canting that equipped with a temperature controller. By adding an electronic canting the output wax of batik from each of temperature that uses as set point 70730C-130730C produces the image width of batik wax on fabric that is 0.5-1 mm in every increase of 10730C. From these results obtained a value set point that corresponding between the robots motion and the output of batik wax from electronic canting on temperature of 90730C-100730C. With the addition of temperature heater on the electronic canting expected this cartesian robot can draw a batik patterns on fabric later.
