ABSTRAK

Telah dilakukan perancangan sistem safeguard pada ruang gas medis mengenai penentuan parameter tekanan gas N2O untuk mendapatkan sistem keamanan operasional mesin anesthesi. Perancangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode beda tekanan supply gas dengan kebutuhan unit gas anestesi. Besar tekanan minimum yang dibutuhkan oleh unit gas anestesi sebesar 280 kPa akan tetapi tekanan ideal untuk kinerja maksimal mesin anestesi sebesar 345kPa- 400kPa. Sehingga tekanan supply gas tidak boleh kurang dari 345 kPa. Dengan menggunakan sistem safeguard maka supply gas dari tabung supply akan terdeteksi apabila tekanan supply menurun dan pada saat tekanan supply mencapai tekanan kritis maka terjadi pergantian tabung supply sehingga tekanan supply untuk unit gas anestesi tetap terjaga pada tekanan ideal. Dari hasil penelitian tekanan yang telah dilakukan dan dibandingkan dengan hasil validasi dari eksperimen didapatkan hasil bahwa pada sistem sefeguard menggunakan pergantian kinerja dua sistem regulator dimana indikator tekanan pertama pada posisi kritis berada pada tekanan 450 kPa sehingga akan terjadi pergantian kinerja sistem regulator untuk pengaliran gas N2O dan sinyal akan menyala. Pada sistem kedua indikator tekanan kritis berada pada tekanan 400 kPa sehingga sinyal kritis kedua akan menyala dan alarm tanda supply dalam kondisi kritis akan menyala. Dengan begitu maka supply gas N2O akan tetap terjaga dan supply gas dapat dimanfaatkan secara maksimal.


ABSTRACT

Safeguard systems planning has been done on the determination of medical gas space parameters N2O gas pressure to get the system operational security anesthesi machine. Planning is done by using the method of difference pressure gas supply with gas anesthesia unit needs. Large minimum pressure required by the gas anesthesia unit of 280 kPa but the ideal pressure for maximum performance of anesthesia machine-400kPa 345kPa. Until the gas supply pressure must not be less than 345 kPa. By using the system safeguard the supply of gas supply tubes will detect when the supply pressure decreases and the supply pressure at the critical pressure is reached then occur until the turn of the supply tube pressure anesthesia gas supply to the unit remain awake at ideal pressure. From the results of stress research has been done and compared with the results of the validation of experimental results obtained on a system that uses the turn performance sefeguard two regulator system where the first indicators of stress in the critical position is at a pressure of 450 kPa will occur until the turn of the performance regulator system for N2O gas flow and signal lights. The second system is a critical indicator of the pressure at the pressure of 400 kPa until a second critical signal lights and alarm sign supply in critical condition goes. So the supply gas N2O will remain awake and gas supply can be utilized optimally.
