ABSTRAK

Buoyweather merupakan alat yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan data cuaca dan juga sebagai navigasi kapal. Buoyweather perlu mendapatkan pengamatan karena posisi yang dialami buoyweather di laut akan mempengaruhi pembacaan sensor. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini dibuat suatu sistem monitoring sudut buoyweather menggunakan sensor accelerometer MMA7361. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara pembuatan perangkat keras berupa sensor accelerometer MMA7361 arduino uno R3 untuk mengolah data analog ke data digital PWM Pulse Width Modulation dan GSM shield linksprit ATWIN quad-band untuk melakukan pengiriman pesan selanjutnya dengan pembuatan perangkat lunak dengan arduino sketch untuk memberikan perintah pembacaan accelerometer MMA 7361 dan pengiriman pesan GSM shield linksprit ATWIN quad-band basis sms. Dalam penelitian ini sudut sumbu X memiliki error rata rata sebesar 0950 sudut sumbu Y memiliki error rata rata sebesar 1520 dan sudut sumbu Z meiliki error rata rata sebesar 2150. Sistem monitoring menggunakan accelerometer MMA7361 ini memiliki karakteristik statik range input -900 900 range output -920 9180 span input 1800 span output 18380 Sensitivitas 1.021 Resolusi 09254 histerisis 108 . Provider A mempunyai respon lebih baik dalam proses pengiriman pesan dengan rata rata pengiriman 5064 s setiap pengiriman. Provider B sebesar 5072 s dan provider C sebesar 5084 s


ABSTRACT

Buoyweather is device that be used to get weather data and naval navigation. Buoyweather need to get monitor because the postion in the sea will influence the read of sensor. So in this project is made tilt monitoring system use accelerometer MMA7361 sensor. The way of this project is made with hardware and software like accelerometer MMA7361 sensor arduino uno R3 to process analog data to digital data PWM pulse width modulation and GSM shield linksprit ATWIN quad-band to send information for software like arduino sketch to give information to accelerometer MMA7361 sensor and GSM shield linksprit ATWIN quad-band with sms basis. In this project the angle of axis-X have error rate 0950 the angle of axis-Y have error rate 1520 and the angle of axis-Z have error rate 2150. Monitoring system use accelerometer MMA7361 have static characteristic input range -900 900 output range -920 9180 output span 1800 output span 18380 Sensitivity 1.021 Resolution 09254 hysterisis 108 . Provider A is the best respon with average of sending 5064 s provider B 5072 s and provider C 5084 s
