RELIABILITY ANALYSIS OF LOW PRESSURE DRUM WASTE HEAT BOILER WHB AT PT. PETROKIMIA GRESIK

ABSTRAK

Waste Heat Boiler WHB pada PT. Petrokimia-Gresik merupakan suatu alat penghasil uap panas bertekanan yang dikirim menuju proses Pabrik 1 Urea. Uap panas digunakan sebagai pemutar sudu-sudu turbin penghasil daya listrik pada Pabrik 1dengan kata lain WHB merupakan alat yang sangat vital bagi berlangsungnya operasional Pabrik 1. Salah satu komponen penyusun WHB adalah Low Pressure drum yang berfungsi sebagai penampung awal kondensat dari deareator. Dari tahun 90-an hingga kini WHB beroperasi tanpa henti. Umur operasional yang lama ini akan mempengaruhi keandalan Low Pressure drum dan tidak menutup kemungkinan kegagalan dari masing masing komponen sering terjadi. Dari analisa data yang dilakukan diperoleh nilai keandalan secara eksponensial pada t 370 hari 1 tahun dari komponen LCV22210 LT22210 LT22211 PCV22211 PCV22212 berturut-turut adalah 0.663 0.675 0.685 0.738 0.668 sedangkan nilai keandalan secara Weibull dari t30-370 hari tanpa Preventive Maintenance terjadi penurunan performansi yang sangat besar daripada dengan Preventive Maintenance. Untuk nilai keandalan sistem selama 370 hari secara eksponensial sebesar 0.74 sedangkan secara Weibull sebesar 0.99. Dari hasil analisa FMEA komponen PCV22211 paling sering mengalami kegagalan dan dari hasil analisa FTA sangat berpengaruh terhadap alur proses sistem dan menunjukkan komponen mana yang menyebabkan kegagalan trip.


ABSTRACT

Waste Heat Boiler WHB at PT . Petrochemical - Gresik is a tool producing pressurized steam that is sent to the process Urea Plant 1 . Hot steam is used as the player -producing turbine blades in electric power plant 1 in other words WHB is a vital tool for the continuity of operations Factory 1 . One of the components of the WHB is Low Pressure drums which serves as an initial condensate reservoir of deareator . From the late 90s until now WHB operate without interruption . The long operational life will affect the reliability of Low Pressure drums and do not rule out the possibility of failure of each - each component is often the case . From the data analysis performed exponentially the reliability values obtained at t 370 days 1 year of components LCV22210 LT22210 LT22211 PCV22211 PCV22212 are respectively 0.663 0.675 0.685 0.738 0.668 while the value of the Weibull reliability in t 30-370 days without a decrease Preventive Maintenance huge performance than with Preventive Maintenance . To value the reliability of the system during the 370-day exponential weibull was 0.74 while it was 0.99 . From the analysis of the most frequent FMEA PCV22211 component failure analysis and the results of the FTA affects the process flow and the system shows which component is causing the failuretrip.
