PENGARUH WAKTU ULTRASONIKASI DAN WAKTU TAHAN PROSES HYDROTHERMAL TERHADAP STRUKTUR DAN SIFAT LISTRIK MATERIAL GRAPHENE

THE EFFECT OF ULTRASONICATION TIME AND HOLDING TIME OF HYDROTHERMAL PROCESS ON STRUCTURE AND ELECTRICAL PROPERTIES OF GRAPHENE MATERIALS

ABSTRAK

Kristal graphene adalah sebuah lapisan 2D yang terdiri dari hibridisasi sp2 atom karbon membentuk struktur heksagonal. Sifatnya yang menakjubkan membuat graphene dapat digunakan dalam aplikasi material nano-elektronik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis waktu ultrasonikasi dan waktu tahan hydrothermal untuk mensintesis graphene. Grafit dioksidasi menjadi grafit oksida melalui metode Hummer. Grafit oksida yang diperoleh dilarutkan dalam aquades dan diultrasonikasi selama 60 menit 90 menit dan 120 menit sehingga diperoleh graphene oksida GO. GO kemudian direduksi dengan menambahkan Zn dan proses hydrothermal selama 12 jam 18 jam dan 24 jam pada temperatur 200 oC. Karakterisasi material dilakukan dengan pengujian XRD SEM FTIR dan TGADSC. Pengujian FPP digunakan untuk mengetahui konduktivitas elektrik graphene. Morfologi graphene yang dihasilkan berupa lembaranlembaran tipis dengan beberapa kerutan pada permukaannya. Nilai konduktivitas elektrik terbaik dihasilkan dari waktu ultrasonikasi 120 menit dan waktu tahan proses hydrothermal selama 12 jam yaitu 0.00021 Scm.


ABSTRACT

Graphene is a single layer two dimension which consist carbon atom hybridisized sp2 form hexagonal structure. Its amazing properties make graphene can be used in nanoelectronic materials application. The purpose of this research are to get the optimum value of ultrasonication time and holding time of hydrothermal for graphene synthesized. GO. Graphite oxidized to graphite oxide by Hummer method. Graphite oxide will be dissolved in DI water and ultrasonication process for 60 minute 90 minute and 120 minute to obtain graphene oxide GO. Then GO reduced by adding Zn and hydrothermal process for 12 h 18 h and 24 h at 200 oC. Characterization of graphene use XRD analysis SEM FTIR and TGADSC. And the last FPP to measure graphite and graphenes electrical conductivity. The graphenes morphology result is athin layer with few wrinkles in the surface. Best electrical conductivity is 0.00021 Scm.
